Decisive Move

In front of everyone, the new Headmaster of the school finally came.

It's none other than Nakiri Azami.

He got 5 votes from 5 of the elite ten to get the position, it's not stable because of the lack of votes but it's enough to push Senzaemon Nakiri but he did not know crucial information.

Senzaemon Nakiri officially resigned yesterday before he even got the proper documentation for Headmaster and right now, he is clueless while standing in front of everyone.

The new Director Speech~

"Thank you for coming here today, i was designated as the new director by the consensus of Tootsuki Elite Ten."

"My name is Nakiri Azami."

"The precious director, Senzaemon-dono, brought such great achievement to this academy that I can't deny, I'm feeling greatly pressured…"

Every turn silence then a huge movie from the student body starts to hear.

Azami then starts to promise some change that will benefit the student on the bottom feeder, a great chance for everyone so that they can study easily without any pressure.

Everything seems fine at the start but when the program is about to end, a special messenger comes.

"Hello everyone, I'm Amane, I came to give a special reminder from the Headmaster."

"What do you mean?" Azami asked.

"The Headmaster is currently not here right now so i'm going to tell you guys the change that happened after the position passed yesterday."

Amane then takes the paper that Lou passed to her yesterday.

New rules in changing the Headmaster.

"As always, the Elite Ten has the power as always, just like kicking Senzaemon-dono and changing him to Azami-dono."

"Everyone is being pushed to make their own unit recipe that needs to be approved by at least 5 teachers before 2nd year."

"Forth-"

"Students need to at least experience 5 Shokugeko in their first year, 10 in second, 20 on third, and 1 Shokugeki to any Elite Ten to promote competitiveness."

"Fifth-"

"Students should have their own Full Course Menu passed and evaluated by 5 teachers."

"And lastly-"

Amane looks at everyone.

"At least get a 5-star evaluation before graduating or else you will never get a certificate."

One of the students asked.

"From who?"

"Form the previous festival space evaluator"

"That's easy."

"Reminder for you all, Lou-sama will be strict to everyone and he will use his own God tongue this time so be ready."

"And to end this, everything that I said already passed, evaluated and approved yesterday before the current upcoming Headmaster even got to position."
