Radiant Palace

Battle Arena Network

Lin Fan's face had become a favorite in the Battle Arena Network especially in the morning when the blacksmith competition was going on. He was a favorite because of his tenacity, skill, and above all the humiliation he'd caused the Empyrean Leagues.

The Empyrean Leagues had what were considered the best blacksmith students in the ring of worlds known as Horizon. They were supposed to never lose a blacksmith competition, but were getting crushed by Lin Fan which delighted many of the watchers in Sacred Light City. He'd caused the greatest blacksmith in the first year at Sacred Light Academy to literally give up in the third round. This kind of feat was something people like Lin Ray looked at as an opportunity to get one over on Sacred Light Academy.

There were three schools in Sacred Light City that competed with each other, Radiant Palace, Green Capital School, and Sacred Light Academy. There were also secondary schools that those were weren't considered monsters went to before they tried to transfer. Lin Fan had the attention of all the directors of all three schools including Gin Ran as he used the lion triplet method.

The lion triplet method was something that couldn't be taught with a system alone and required skill. Lin Fan had luckily spent all night hammering both metal and women alike in order to understand the skill! He found something placid and calm and educational about slamming his hand against Gue Fan's butt as she chimed his name through a choker.

Her long and thin slender legs were still red as was the blush Lin Fan left on her face.

Lin Fan took a quick glance down at the [Lightning Horn Badge] blueprint and nodded his head before he started to assemble it. The anvil he used had been placed perfectly to his right and with his legendary blacksmith aura still activated he caused the eighth grade metal to begin to warp as it shimmered with a bright light.

Five minutes

He only had five minutes after causing five pieces of Eight Century Metal to reach the heaven rank and began to use his sixth grade diamond hammers to bend the Lightning Horn Badge into shape according to the blueprint. The instructions contained the recommendation for the type of law at every hammer stroke with the lightning law and metal law being tantamount to success.

Since Lin Fan had a metal overlord dragon, he was considered the perfect exemplar for a blacksmith and seemed like a prodigious existence as he hammered with the lion triplet method to finish the craft. It was so beautiful that the head of Radiant Palace immediately sent an emissary to try and contact him.

"I want him... I want him here when he's a demi-god... I don't care if you have to bribe him, but I don't want Gin Ran ruining his talent..."

"Are you sure?" A beautiful red head asked the head of Radiant Palace as she nodded her head. "If we try and go against Gin Ran, he could reduce the funding we get from Sacred Light City..."

"That Lin Fan can't be older than seventeen... I want him... I don't care what treasures you have to offer him... Even if he needs the guarantee of safety against those other races... We can do just about anything if he agrees to join our school..."

"I'll use all the seduction techniques I have in my pretty little head to get him to submit..." Pa Zen said before she bowed and turned into a beam of light. She was a demi-god and instantly appeared in front of an Empyrean Temple as the Battle Arena Network zoomed in on Lin Fan.

"He's about to try and finish the Lightning Horn Badge! If he does it properly, the heaven's should split apart and six colored lightning should descend!"

"However, he seems to be thinking about something... What's going on in Lin Fan's head..."

"I... I did it wrong..." Lin Fan sighed as he looked up at Gin Ran and then down at the blueprint... "I have three minutes... Maybe if I use some of the left over metal I can still make a good, but smaller one..."

Lin Fan to the surprise of everyone disgarded the Lightning Horn Badge he was working on and began on a second one. In one minute, he also looked dissatisfied as Gin Ran flew down to his side with a incredulous expression...

"What's wrong with these Lin Fan? These would've caused a tribulation..."

"I know, but I wanted my first gift to father-in-law to be perfect... The metal warped on the 1056th strike... If I'm going to do his two daughters, it has to be perfect..."

"You... you really don't have a problem saying certain things about Yan Ran and Na Ran out loud do you..." Gin Ran sighed and touched Lin Fan on the shoulder as he worked on the last part of the blue print... "Well, I promise... When my daughters are both ready for you, I'll consider inviting you over for dinner..."

"I hope Yan Ran and me don't make too much noise..." Lin Fan smiled as he seemed to suggest something before his body once again glowed with the platinum blacksmith aura he'd started to get closer to reaching. "There is some ways I practice hammering metal, and nothing works better then a long night shift with your daughter..."

"Times up!" Han Zhou said as he crossed his arms... "Enough Lin Fan... I read the rule book today... Unless you're finished you've once again lost the round!"
