Neal plans to bare his fangs against the british ministry of magic?

After finishing her translation, Isle stared silently at Neal's face for a few seconds and hissed, "I have a mother and siblings? Do I have to go back to them?"

Neal was in the middle of digesting all that information freely given by the ice whale but Isle's response caught him off guard.

Trying to suppress his tension, he replied, "What do you want to do? If you want to reunite with your mother, I will take you to her. But, that also means that you will not see me forever."

Isle violently shook her head before rubbing its head to his cheek and hissing, "No way… I don't care about them. Neal understands my thoughts. Neal can speak to me. Neal is my elder brother. Neal is enough for me… Don't need other siblings…"

Neal let out a grin of happiness and stroked its head. "Then, I will make sure that no one including Leviathan dares to separate us."

"Hisssss"

Looking at the human and snake pair, Myticetus inwardly sighed as it shook its head. It then spoke in its language about forgiving Neal for his actions and blew chilly air into the surroundings to slowly return the snow in the surroundings.

After Isle translates the whale's message to Neal, the latter then promised that one day, he will return and free it from the prison.

Neal originally wanted to say that he will try to free her right away but Salazar Slytherin advised against it as he wasn't strong enough to break the curse yet and any attempt will also trap him in the lake too.

After a while, Neal returned to Avery Mansion with the three of them, using the chair portkey. As for their injuries, he healed their external injuries with healing charms but not knowing about their internal conditions. Hence, he took the help of his uncle to arrange their medical treatment.

Fortunately, the injuries weren't too serious and all three of them managed to become full-fit by the next day.

However, the trouble is not over for Neal. Before he had finished his breakfast, a mail arrived from the ministry. It is a notice stating that he is summoned to Wizengamot for a trial.

The charges are using underage magic. As for why the letter isn't from Hogwarts but from the ministry is the fact that he used two super powerful dark magic spells using his Basilisk wand.

Neal and Malfoy were stunned for a moment when they saw the notice. The faces of Oakley, Leon, and Patricia were darkened.

Looking at Oakley, Malfoy asked, "Lord Avery, didn't you say that it is impossible for the ministry to trace Neal's wand because of the high concentration of magic in that place in Greenland?"

Neal also wondered the same and looked at his grandfather for the answer.

Patricia answered in place of Oakley. "Mr. Malfoy, it is entirely possible to trace a wand and the spells it conjured if they put an entire group dedicated to this job. It would have been impossible if it is Hogwarts or a wizarding village. The huge number of wizards causes magic fluctuations all over and disrupts their efforts but the place we have gone is remotely located. Not to mention, the ring of fire used by Mr. Slytherin had affected a large amount of area.

If they put a team completely dedicated to tracking your movements, then, it is quite possible for them to find out. There are several times in history it happened.

However, all of the targets are death eaters who are using their registered wands. That is how so many death eaters were caught after the fall of the one who must not be named.

And this clearly indicates that the ministry thinks that you are a dangerous person."

Neal isn't a fool to take her words as it is. He knew the enmity between 'R' and the ministry. The organization would use whatever means to see the downfall of the British ministry of magic.

Neal wouldn't play into their hands but he wouldn't ignore her words either. Whether the ministry put him as the object of their interest or not, he needed to make sure that such incidents cannot happen in the future.

To do that, he had to put sufficient pressure on the ministry to turn a blind eye to his actions.

"The summoning date is on Aug 5th right? There are still 10 days to counterattack… hmm…"

After thinking for a while and consulting with Salazar Slytherin, he looked at Oakley and Patricia and said, "First of all, I need the law book of Wizengamot.

Secondly, Grandfather, I want our people to forget all of their current missions and focus on one thing.

I need them to track down the accounts of Slytherin House as much as they can. How much money has the ministry taken the money from Slytherin House so far to develop this magic world? I also need how much money was put into building Hogwarts and other buildings too.

I don't care about Hogwarts castle but the land beneath it. I once read somewhere that the land that the castle and its ground sit on belonged to Salazar Slytherin. I want to know whether the owners changed or not.

As long as the owner is not a private individual and belonged to either Slytherin family or the ministry, I'm entitled over the rent, the compound interests over the unpaid amount, and proper compensation for historically making our ancestors live in poverty."

Ignoring the surprised look on his grandfather and uncle, he then looked at Patricia, "Ms. Rakepik, I want you to use your influence at the Gringotts bank for the process to go smoothly. And I also request your organization's help on this job.

Once we gather enough data, we will file a complaint with the International Confederation of Wizards against the British ministry of magic with all inconclusive pieces of evidence.

This won't do any damage to the ministry and I'm not interested to receive money either, but as long as our case is accepted, we can pressurize the ministry. The fact that the present Supreme Mugwump is Dumbledore will only help our cause.

Oh, by the way, let's not forget to contact an expert muggle lawyer for consultation and obliviate his memories afterward."

Everyone: "…"

The other three just went speechless at Neal's strategy for tackling the ministry. They didn't understand whether they should think that he is just too smart or he just went crazy.
