For us that story along with many others along with our origins are very common knowledge. After all we were created because of them. Humans and fallen angels had children but we were cursed it was one last thing the old god left on them for there betrayal. There children were reptiles, or what is better know as dragons. Dragons are half witch, because only witches came in contact with fallen angels. We have our human form and then a dragon form. Dragons used to be strong and there were many of them all different size, shape, features, and colors. When in dragon form only a dragon or a magical object can pierce our skin but we are vulnerable as humans we still can call on magic to help us but it doesn't change the fact that we are weak, we are still stronger than humans. There are barely any of us left, because of the issue that females did during birth and male dragons used to fight over female and territories, they would also kill the offspring of other dragons if it wasn't a female. There was a 99.4% change of death back in the old days for a female dragon when it came to giving birth unless her partner was human then it went down to 99% because there is a .4% chance that the dragon gene doesn't pass on and that the baby will only be a witch. Somehow our genes managed to survive for hundreds of thousands of years. Now in 2120 we are still here and we are better off then humans are because we have skills to survive that are pass on with our genes. We survived the plague that hit that killed 3 billion people in a year and then we survived it when it hit a second time killing 6 billion and the war that came after. There are still more humans than us, but we have lived through it all. Despite all of the odds dragons still live.
We run in small packs now. 200 years ago an average pack would of been 50-60 dragons, today average is anywhere between 5-10. We have a human side and we try and mate with humans more often now so we often get pulled into there wars to help fight as if we were truly one of there kind.
Dragons are also all still different and ur size determines your power. The bigger the dragon the more scales it has and the smaller the scales making them harder to penetrate and the more muscle you have making you stronger and making it easier to take down smaller dragons. You can tell how big a dragon would be by simply doing some math. As human I'm 5'4 for every foot add 2, then subtract two from the total number and that how big your body is. So for me it would be 10 minus 2 leaving it so I gain 8 inches, so as a dragon I am 6 feet tall at my body when standing, my neck adds another 4'5, which can be found by taking your human height dividing it by 1.2 (5.4/1.2=4.5) then you head about 2'5 including horns, so it comes out to be a little bigger than your average microwave. I'm a big dragon most people now and days as a women don't get taller than 5 feet. The current average is 5'1 so I'm tall but for a man the average is 5'10. We only have two males in our pack now both of which are my brothers. My older brother Logan is 6 foot as a human and my little brother Andy is 5'11. They are pretty big dragons when they transform. You also have the same amount of plates on your neck as the inches you add so I have 8 front plates and with each plate came a certain number of scales I don't know the exact number because it's to much to count all of my scales but it's a lot.
We currently have 6 in our pack. Me, the second Megan, Nicole, Andy and Logan, plus Nicole's son who's only 3 who's named Corey, after his father. She survived childbirth by getting a C section and Corey gave his life to protect her and his child because we were under attack while she was giving birth.
There are certain humans who know about us. The government has a special task force to control us and mean to use us as weapons, while the other group are hunters. Humans who believe they can kill us and put the government for a conspiracy theory and sometimes they do but only when we are in human our forms.
