I could still feel the same energy as before. His body was against mine, the feel of our skin against each other was soothing. I could feel his heart beat and his I fell asleep with my back against his chest.

He really is a nice guy, most people wouldn't of even thought to stop themselves or to of say no when I said it was ok, let alone go against what I wanted even when I placed his hands. It's also not like he said no because he didn't want to, because he wanted to be sure it was truly what I wanted. To stop and think about it and make sure and to know I didn't have anything that could be influencing my answer. That's also not how his people are either, the chances that he's never slept with anyone is unlikely. He knows it's not that way for me, he's always stopped and never gone farther than he knew I was ok with when he first meant me.

I'm great full for him sometimes, he's always protected me. He's also been very understanding and open to everything that's he has seen and learned when it's come to me and my family. He also covered for my brothers clan and is willing to help keep there secret with me, along with my own. He's done more than I could of ever asked from someone, although I do think he is closer to how I am then he knows. I wonder if that's why we have the energy between us that we have. It's a different connection then I have ever had because the magnetic forces that each person has can react to another. Our magnetic forces seem to find one another and bond well, I wonder if this is a feeling my mom had once with Ian's father or maybe my own.

It's the type of feeling you never want to let go of and you would do anything you could to keep it. The feeling of needing protecting the other person and hold onto the other person no matter what you have to do. I think Corey fees it as well which is why he protects me and keeps my secrets. I think it's also why he's so careful what he does because he doesn't want to lose it either.

Corey woke me up early in the morning before the sun was even up. I had a tank top and a skirt that stopped at my knees, it had two small slits in the front at my legs that stopped about mid thigh. All of it was dark brown. I created my bow and arrows the night before. The bow was made out of a light root with vines wrapped around it except in the middle where your hand would be, it was darker color. The arrows were easy to make.

I put on my normal brown cloak and went out to meet the others. The other women had on amor, they all had short skirts and tops that were strapless and covered down to where the skirt started. They all had on black cloaks, and the armor was all golden. The skirts were short the went to the mid thigh, it was gold and leather. They also had plays on there thighs and forearms, with the recent hunting insistent it made sense on why wear armor to hunt. The mean had armor plays on there chest as well along with some armor on there legs as well.

Dragons are warriors because that is what we always are doing. Always fighting to extend territory or defend the territory they already have, because they need to keep a big amount of land to be able to have sources for food and water. That's the way of life so always be prepared to run into an issue. Hunting in human form is also more dangerous as our skin can actually be pierced by many things, where as dragons there skin is almost impenetrable. There are just more problems and dangers hunting as humans, but without clouds in the sky or only a little amount of clouds it warns the herds and they can more easily get away and it also allows the hybrid tribes to see and follow you back to your clan. It's extremely dangerous to hunt as a dragon but it's also dangerous as a human. With them with me and Corey then the other dragons will smell hybrids and are more likely to stay away.

We all went to the horses. I got on the horse my brother and his clan got for me. I let Corey lead as he was just at a safe place the other day. Corey told us "There is a small area we can go for now that is a few hour ride. Later we can track and see what all we can find close, I know there are Gaur close by. They will be by the water so we can bring some pots so we can bring water back as well."

We all road out together, we had the cover of night to ride. It didn't seem as far as I thought that it would be. The sun still wasn't up yet when we started hearing the heard. Corey went to stoop to get off his horse, we all looked at him confused.

"You have to leave the horses or they will hear them." Corey said. I saw everyone's face change.

"It'll be easier to hunt on the horse they move fats it'll be better for us to shoot while riding since then we can also ride and move them how we want. Once we push them closer to the water since they slow once they are in it, and their hooves will start to stick in the mud then we can take them out easier." Ian said.

"I've never hunted that way, we've always been taught to hunt on foot."

"We've been taught different things, it's how we hunt in dragon forms. It makes them more controlled. Less injuries are likely to occur since you are bigger when on a horse and not as easily pushed around." Ian said.

"Corey, let them teach you new things that'll make it easier for everyone. If that doesn't work then they will do it your way." I said.

"I agree with my sister, allow us to teach you our ways, you have kept our secrets. We will help you learn to become one of us." Ian said.

"Okay, but next time let me teach you the ways my tribe does it. Riding won't always work depending on how wet the ground is. We can teach each other new things to allow all of us to better survive." Corey said, I knew how much he didn't want to do it there way. I also knew he was being good because it would bring less conflict. I smiled at him.

"I agree, we will learn to survive as one. Your skill will be ones we will need to learn and we have skills to teach you will need to learn. This will be the best way for survival for all of us." Ian said.

I was happy all of us were getting along and agreeing. It's what I needed from all of them. My brother had always protected me, and he knew Corey would protect and was protecting me still as well.

Corey got back on his horse and allowed my brother and them to take the lead. I understood hunting tactics for dragons. My uncle and mother taught me when I was young so I still remembered pieces of it.

We started riding closer and closer to the herd. We split up into two groups going on opposite sides. Some ran up towards the front of the while other stay towards the middle and back. It was split 6 and 6 on each side. Me and the other women all had bow and arrows while the men had spears. We started shooting choosing targets that we could all see were weaker and would be easier targets that were still adults. We picked two targets out of the heard for our first hunt. That would be enough for the 12 of us for a little over a week.

We road letting them get closer and closer to the water, until the dont was in the water making it so everything started to slow down. We had already shot our targets. We had went for the should and hips to slow them even more. It allows up to start to separate them from the herd. The herd is also extremely confused and frantic so they won't fight back and try to protect there own since they don't know what's going on. It makes it even easier to take targets down and separate them.

Corey started to understand what we were doing and was learning our signals. We used hand signals to communicate with the other side but also let out different clicks and whistles. It was easier to communicate with our own side while telling the horses what we were doing as well.

The men took our targets and fell back to help separate the two we picked farther form the heard during the confusion. Then they threw there spears at the animals neck as it's the easiest way to kill the animal.

We took out the two animals after we separated them and started running them the opposite direction. It was an easy kill afterwards since they were already injured and bleeding. It made it so they r slower and it's harder for them to run and they use more energy so they have less fight when it comes to actually killing the animals. Which also makes it less dangerous for us.

Corey seemed to understand why we did things how we do them after seeing us hunt. His people normal bring a group of 20 men and dogs to try and take down 2 or three of these animals but normally two or three people die and dogs are killed along with other who are injured. We did it with no injuries or casualties and we had less people plus no dogs. They proportion food out differently though, it makes it so the food does last longer so the 2-3 they take down can last the village about a week.

If we are careful we can store some of the food and make it possible for it to last longer for us. We potentially could make the 2 last about a month. Which will likely end up happening, but meat goes bad in the heat which is why although we took down two we will likely eat more since it'll go bad and we won't waste it and it allows us to bring some to Coreys village as an offering to his father. It could also be seen as a thank you for supplying us with animals and being friendly. We will probably end up skinning both animals and cutting it up, but Coreys tribe will probably get closer to a full Gaur since they do have a lot of meat on them.

We used the horses to pull the two Gaurs back to our village and strung them up to let the blood leave there bodies. By the time we had finished the sun was almost in the middle of sky. We went and got water after we were done and watered our garden along with getting the produce that was ready off it.

My brother and some of them men had started digging a whole and had a lining. The soil is colder than being out in the open which allows us to store meat and have it last longer. It's also somewhere we can store other fruits and vegetables. They had also planned on digging a small pond to bring water over so it would be easier for us to get water.
