It was weird talking about a future that was so far away. We had handled the immediate threats to ourselves. It wasn't really to protect them but more to protect ourselves, it just happened to protect them as well and made us look better. We would easily go ahead, to lead. If we are far enough away from them that means we can transform and use our abilities freely, it'll make us stronger and prove our strength. We have no need to fight with his people or to ever get close to them.

I wish one day we would all be able to get along but I don't believe it will ever happen. If anyone knew any of them were dragons or that I could transform we wouldn't be excepted and we would likely be hunted. Corey is just an uncommon person who excepted it, but that doesn't mean that other will have the same view. Corey cares about me and that was more important then having a lot of dragon in me, for someone else it's all they would see. Which is why nobody else can ever find out.

I had sat by Corey for a while and the sun was almost completely out of the sky. I got up and bowed my head. I was going to head back, Corey got up as well.

"Are you both leaving already? I was hoping to steal my soon to be daughter-in-law for a short walk so we can talk privately before the both of you go back." His father said.

"Ok, lead the way sir." I said and stepped away from Corey. He gave me a glance as if to ask if I was sure and I smiled at him, and touched his hand.

Then I followed his dad out of the hut. I do have to be some what compliant with his father since he's the leader, but I still know how to speak as I need to so I can get my points across peacefully if I disagree with him.

It was an awkward silence until we were far away from the village, so nobody could hear.

"I'm sure you have realized a lot of differences between your part of the world and our along with how we do things. I wish to know more about your people and then I will give u information in return."

"What would you like to know."

"I've been watching you, seeing the difference in how you use abilities as often as you want and somehow have managed to take down big game with such a small tribe, especially with not know the area very well. How do you do these things."

"I was taught when I was young by my birth parents how to use abilities by drawing off energies from the things around me, everything has energy and you can use its energy instead of your own making it so you don't have the same side affects that you and your people would encounter. It was almost impossible to learn as a child when I had no clue how to use abilities at all and was just learning, I know Corey wanted to learn it but I don't think he will ever be able to master it. It's a very dangerous way because of you pull to much energy from one thing you can over power your own body and the energies can merge to form one, which has resulted in deaths. It is why we were taught as children, before we had ever had the understanding of abilities or walking we were taught this because it was seen as the most important skill we would learn. Which is true because it add years to our lives and gives us a better chance at survival. Unfortunately it doesn't guarantee it, as majority of my original tribe found out. We also use our abilities to help us hunt as all who came here with me are from my original clan, we might not of known each other and some of us still barely know each other as we didn't maintain good contact as we have all lived in different ranks and some even in different tribes that follow the same heard. We do all understand that we came from the same place and that we understand one another and we will be better off staying together then staying apart in the different tribes."

"I will give you a small piece of information that my son doesn't know yet, there is another women wishing to marry him. I have blessed your union but due to our traditions it doesn't mean much. You will have to battle her if she decides to continue to pursue him, although you will still marry him if you lose. You won't ever be the head lady of the tribe, you will hold the same place as Sam and Liz's mother did. Your children will never become the leaders of this tribe as long as he has a child with the women that beat you in battle. I do have to bless that union as well which I can avoid doing if you win, but if not you will always be second and below her for all of her natural life. A battle is not yet set nor fully planned, but those in our tribe are very hesitant to allow new comers in especially one trying to take such an important position. They would not be so allowing and peaceful about your union with my son if they thought you would win. Here we work as a unit and even the women know how to fight, that is not the case your people. They also believe you to be peaceful people so they think she will win easily, I have now seen otherwise. If you ever want to truly have a spot at my sons side though I would prepare for all that might be to come. It is also costume to have 2-4 wives, so be warned more then one might come to challenge within the future, until my son become leader than he has the power to turn them away."

"Thank you for your warning. I'm sure I will be able to handle myself when it comes to this women. She is the one who may need a warning."
