Loving someone comes as a natural instinct to people although we don't get to choose who we love at the end of the day. May soon will learn parts of that as she doesn't get to choose who she will marry.

May sat quietly as we helped her get dressed. We could tell she worried and the air in the room just felt tense and cold. It was almost as if the smallest comment or sound would break everything and turn the air to dust. May looked lovely with her long white flowing dress. It was long sleeves and cover almost everything as it was expected to. Her lips were red from her makeup and she had white and gold colored flowers within her hair. Her dress had small golden flowers embroidered into the top of the dress and down the sleeves along with the top of her skirt, while the rest was white. It had a simple square neckline which only aloud a very small amount of cleavage to show and it helped outline the area as it was tight against her skin while the skirt was lose and flowed. It's a type of dress design called a-line. We gave May a reverse braided bun, which the flowers in her hair were placed around, we would attach her veil before we left, as it's uncomfortable to wear around over your face and makes it harder to see. Which is the point as the husband isn't supposed to her face until he lifts the veil. Our dresses seemed to be almost more elaborate than hers.we had emperor wast dress with off the shoulder neckline which are hard to make but since we had to make our own dresses it simply showed that we were better at making that type as it is what we would normally wear. Unlike Mays dress ours are light reddish pink color which goes well up against our tan complexions and dark hair. And we have light red and pink flowers within our hair and we both did a fish tail broad for our hair. We were meant to match as much as possible but I had some silver flowers embroidered while Liz had gold flowers. My dress was also off the shoulder long sleeves with a glowing fabric and a see through layer over top of it to make it seem more loose and flowing. While Liz made her dress tight so it would show her figure and her shoulder straps that came off were a see through fabric with gold flowers coming off. Both of our dresses only had flowers on the top and towards the top of our skirts like Mays. We all had to match to some extent after all.

Even after being around for a while I'm still the palest out of the tribe but everyone in my clan is a pretty tan color and we all have lighter skin naturally than anyone in the tribe. Most people in the north and south areas are pale as we don't get much sun and it's easier to a lighter color to blend in with the white snow. It's better for hunting and if your trying to hide but that's not the case in the ear and west they are in warmer claimants so they show more skin and are in the sun more and light colored skin makes you stick out more when hunting as everything is more of a drown or green color. It puts us at a slight disadvantage but our hunting techniques are superior which makes up for it as it's hard to walk through snow and horses are faster so it common to be on horse back in the north and south when hunting. Not that the north and south are as efficient with hunting as we are though, they yell and make other loud noises which let prey know where they are. They haven't figure out how to use codes and such yet. They also use hounds more often in the north and south then in the ear and west from what I've seen. They are just different dangers in each region.

It took most of the day just getting ready to head over to the others camp. It was close to sun down before we knew it. Corey and his father rode over to our camp. To be honest I never noticed if Corey had returned earlier or that his father had left because we were so busy try to finish up all the last touches and making sure May and ourselves were ready. Corey and his father got our bourses ready while we got the veil on May so we were ready to leave finally. Liz and I helped May onto her horse first. Then Coreys father helped Liz up and Corey helped me as we didn't want to damage the dresses before the event had begun.

We road for the camp. Today May would be wed and it wouldn't even be long now. The ceremony must of already started since they came to get us as we were only a few minutes away on horse back and May would ride down the aisle on her horse and we would be following. First Corey and his father would walk down the aisle to go to Sam, then Liz and I would go and Corey and her father would help us off the horses. Finally May would go with her leader riding beside her and we would help her down and the leader would hand her off to Sam. Then they would say there vows and soon after we would feast and have a fire as it was sunset currently by the time they would be done it'd be dark.

"Meg, the dress looks wonderful on you." Corte said. I smiled at him knowing he was saying something party trying to lighten the tense air. I knew May was worried and seemed more tense than she had earlier.

"Thanks love, do you think the colors we choose suite us?" I asked.

"Yes, my sister has always had an eye for these type of things."

"Liz does always seem to know what colors will look best for our complexions or will bring out our eyes."

"The tow of you are being to kind. Although it has taken me years to develop such keen fashion senses as nobody is born with such talents now and days, so the praise is warranted." Liz said as she smiled. We laughed at her. We had slightly lightened the mood with our short conversation, but we got quiet as we realized we could hear the other tribe and it was time for our entrances.
