[10] Crimson

Third Person's Point of View

Shoyo and the other volleyball boys was once again greeted by some members of the music club that was doing their warm up being led by Himitsu that was wearing her navy blue school swimsuit inside a grey sweatpants.

"Good morning." Shoyo greeted cheerfully upon seeing his eldest cousin into view. His eyes scan around the area for his other cousin and Akari who noticed his actions smiled.

"Today is their competition." The boys immediately bolted from their sleepy state.

"But we haven't wish them goodluck yet." Shoyo complained a pout forming on his lips causing Akari to chuckle.

"Well, there is still a way."

"The four girls with Nagisa was silent on the car. Senri specifically, she knew that once she landed on that place she'll be putting her relationship with her boyfriend at risk.

Her silence made the three other girls around her to worry as well.

Beep!

The sudden notification from the girl's cellphone causing them to divert their gaze from the view outside.

"Guys! Hey!" Himitsu's face pop up from the screen and as her face left the screen it was replaced by the Karasuno volleyball boys team in a line.

"Good luck guys!" They all said in sync and bowed. "We wish you all the best of luck!"

"Oh and Senri..." Akari's voice was heard before her face came up to the camera. "Don't worry too much. He loves you."

And with that, the video ended. With a reassured smile Senri looked up from her phone only to see her friends smiling at her with Nagisa looking at her from the rare view mirror giving her the same smile that Akari did.

"We'll be right behind you Senri."

The smile on Senri's face was enough indication for the ride to be more cheerful than before.

Nekoma High

Senri gazed at the school gates of where the battle will be held. Anxiety all over the girl's face as she took a step forward with her friends following behind her.

"Well well, aren't we being anxious." All anxiety that was once playing on Senri's face was immediately replaced with irritation and anger as she whipped her head to the right upon hearing the voice of someone she wouldn't expect. "You can give up now while it's still just us."

"Still as arrogant as ever aren't we Hibiki?" Senri stated monotonously a smug looked on her face was etched as she smirk darkly. "I haven't seen the look of defeat on your face yet, why give up now."

"Your choice." The olive haired man said shrugging. "By the way your school uniform suits you guys."

"And to you too." Rizumu replied. "Fukurodani's uniform made you look less stupid."

"And with that the girls walked inside the building unaware of eyes trailing Senri's figure.

Senri's eyes wandered around the school's gym from the backstage which was already set for the upcoming battle that was about to start. Her hand fiddling the hem of her black skirt that matches her devil like costume Gothic costume.

"Relax Senri." One of the the Feline's members Kaede stated shaking the girl slightly by the shoulder. "Your boyfriend will understand."

Senri sighed. "My boyfriend dislike standing out. He'll hate me!"

"No I won't." Senri felt all blood around her body ran cold upon hearing the familiar voice of her boyfriend just right behind her. And with all hope of it being a hallucination she turned around.

"K-Ko-chan." She stuttered upon seeing the man walking towards her stopping in front of her.

"I know you're anxious of me finding out about all this but." Senri listened closely to what he was to say next. "You are the type to stand out in the first place and yet I'd still date you."

Senri didn't say anything anymore but dove in the arms of her lover wrapping her arms around his frail body.

"I'll watch okay? Do your best." And with that the guy left the backstage leaving Senri whose now more assured than before.

"I guess... That's an indication that I can go wild on stage?" She said smirking at her bandmates who only chuckled in return.

"Where have you been? Its gonna start." Senri's boyfriend took a seat beside his friend mumbling a short 'nothing' to which his friend stare at him in suspicion before looking back at the stadium. "This better be interesting, we missed a practice just for this."

"I'm more surprised that they gave us the front seat." another one of his friend stated leaning over to their seat from behind.

"Oy! Kenma-senpai where have you been?" One of his junior's ask, a small smile etched on Kenma's face then.

"To the one who stands out."

The studden sound of the drums being struck made them all turned their head from  their friend to the stadium.  As the sound of the electric guitar follows the sudden struck.

"Cross Breed!"

The sudden smoke and the appearance of four people on the stadium made the silent crowd cheer as the lights suddenly went out around the area excluding the stadium.

Rei: Hizumu sekai kieta yakusoku

Toki o modoseta　nara sō negatta

Sakura: Tadashi-sa o erabu tsumori de

Rei: Now everybody get your heads up

"NEKOMA HIGH ARE YOU READY?!" One of the guitarist from the band shouts grabbing the mic out of its stand to point at the people inside the gym. The response she got wasn't just cheers but a roar of the crowd.

"It seems as though we're ready here!" She stated walking towards the center her pink hair swaying gently as she does. "Then let's start!"

The crowd once again roared but was shorter as it was silenced by the crimson smoke coming from the stage, the lights turning red as well.

"Then let's welcome our first band, the Bloody Lovers. Crimson Heart!"

The light instantly went off and as it switched back on, four dashing boys was standing on the stadium, one seated at the drums, one with an electric guitar, one with the keyboard and another with the bass guitar.

The one at the center being Hibiki Sora with a red electric guitar hold the mic and whispered. "I will paint you with my blood, as crimson as my love."

And the drums started beating.

Hibiki: Come on!

Hey brother, ready for this fight?

With another beat of the intro they ended the song with the bunch of girls on the background squealing and cheering in delight.

"That was the greatest warmer." Sakura, the girl from earlier stated as she went out from the backstage. "Now let us welcome our next band a part of the Karasu no Seiza members."

"The 2nd tempo, the heaven and hell collide. Tsubasa no Seiza!"
