[11] Voracity

Third Person's Point of View

A tired Lyrica entered the gymnasium oblivious of the people and the sound around her, on the other hand, the sound of the gym's door sliding and opening caught the attention of the practicing boys causing Kageyama to aim the ball to the wrong direction.

"Watch out!" Noya, who first notice the aim of the ball shout instinctively rushing towards the now going defensive Lyrica whose dazed and half asleep state long gone upon seeing the volleyball heading straight towards her rushing in to cover her body with the keyboard she's been dragging out of panic. Her defensive state increasing upon hearing the sound of the ball about to hit something in front of her.

"What?" Softly she mumbled, slipping out her own language in surprise upon realising that the ball didn't hit her nor her keyboard but the man in front of her who had with his right knee bent and the other outstretched as both arms in front, his face didn't have any hint of playfulness nor his eyes, it only screams silence that caused Lyrica to return to her dazed yet now more awake state as the man turned to ask if she's okay with worry lacing in his voice.

"My hero!" The girl exclaimed in her native language pulling the man to an embrace. The man instantly went red upon realization of what was going on slowly turning to eye the girl that had her face burried on his broad chest.

"Lyrica-san... u-uhmm... What?" Glancing back, he saw his other team members looking at him as if he did something that breaks the law causing him to gulp as he turn his gaze back to the blonde haired girl on his chest and the girl's friends that was looking at him with a cat-like grin.

"Thank you so much Nishinoya-sama." Lyrica thanked realising her grip on the flustered male that had still yet to recover from the shock of the girl's embrace.

"You know me?" Asked Nishinoya whose recovered from shock when heard of his name being called.

"Didn't you introduce yourself yesterday with such a daring pose?" Lyrica explained with a giggle. "Really, thank you. Your my hero."

Noya watched as the girl slowly took a step heading towards the stadium but was confused when he saw the girl stopped in her tracks. About to ask if anything was wrong, he was stopped by something soft placed against his cheeks and the strand of platinum blonde on his side flowing as if the wind caress as it left. She didn't say anything else anymore and walked to the stadium completely oblivious of the other members of the volleyball team both giving the poor flustered Noya a glare and a teasing look.

"So how was it?" Megumi who was the first to recover from the shock of the events earlier asked when she saw the second years of her club  already standing beside them.

The girls both look at each other before lowering their head, but stopped halfway as Senri pulled out a trophy with a huge grin.

"We got it!"

They all cheered at the sight of the golden trophy on Senri's hand, their cheering caught even the attention of the now recovered boys who upon seeing the trophy being raised by both Kai and Himitsu shout a series of praises and congratulations to the second year at the stadium who thanked them in return.

"Their not easy to defeat though." Chikara stated after the cheering ceased. "It was a close call."

"To be honest, if it was the first years..." Rizumu trailed off her pink orbs falling towards the first years in front of them who immediately got the message and lowered their head in worry.

"Don't worry." Riku who among the first years didn't lower his head. "We the 1st tempo don't back down to anyone. We'll work harder and harder."

His other first years look at him in admiration, whereas the rest of the people on the stadium smiled in assurance.

Their comfortable silence though was left shorthanded when the beeping sound coming from Kai's phone was heard causing everyone to gaze at him accusingly, which he respond by letting out a sheepish laugh. Pulling out his phone  to read the message, a wide grin immediately crept its way to Kai's lips his gaze falling onto the three girls in the process.

"The footage of the battle is out." All curiosity of the people in the stadium perked their gaze falling to Kai's phone.

"So this is your opponent? Their so sparkly and dark." Sugawara commented in astonishment his eyes not leaving the computer that Kai brought. Himitsu invited them to watch the battle of the band that occured just the same day with some members of the Nekoma's music club taking a footage of the event which was also professionally done.

"Powerful song." Makino also commented as she listens to the performance of the opponent. "Feline's intro was also a very powerful song."

"Glad we didn't choose the wrong song for counter. Otherwise even the intro will win against us." Hiyori said sighing in relief.

"Now let us welcome our next band a part of the Karasu no Seiza members."

All attention shifted back to the computer when the announcer screamed the name of the Karasu no Seiza.

"The 2nd tempo, the heaven and hell collide. Tsubasa no Seiza!"

The sound of the drumstick hitting each other thrice and the sudden shadow of Senri grabbing the mic came in to view.

Senri (and Rizumu as the second voice): I am very, very crazy, very

             Eien ni tomaranai

Senri: Sekai no subete

Rizumu: kono koukou no naka.

The sound of the cheering from the background was heard along with the black electric guitar from Senri strumming and the sound of the classic piano being played darkly by Lyrica which commerced with the tune adding a touch of goth into the song.

Lyrica: 1 2 3 4

Senri: Saa iza yami no naka de bansan kai wo

Daremo karemo shokuryou e to

Rizumu and Chikara: Can't stop, can't stop, eating

Can't stop, can't stop, not enough

All instruments died down and Lyrica's sweet voice turned upside down.

Lyrica: Anything can be eaten, even if you say no

Rizumu: AHAHAHAHA!

They all flinched at the sound Rizumu's laughter causing his brother to tap his sister's shoulder with pride on his face as he listens to the instruments once again playing.

Senri: Inochi zukushi furu koosu wo

Mikaku ni bouryoku kairaku wo

Chikara and Lyrica: Can't stop, can't stop, eating

Can't stop, can't stop, not enough

Senri: Aa, tarinai, akinai genzai no shoudou yo

They all watch in shock when Senri seductively trailed her fingers from her legs to her face.

Senri: I am very, very crazy, very

Senri and Rizumu: kono koukou no naka

Senri, Rizumu, Lyrica and Chikara: I just want to eat. How tasty it is

The last sound heard was the drums and the keyboard and the rest was all the sound of cheering. And as the cheering continues inside the screen, silence on the other hand was found deep inside the school gymnasium and almost everyone inside the area was staring absentmindedly on the four girls.

A smile was etched on Senri's face as she lay on her bed the events of earlier playing on her mind with her phone in hand.

[Ko-chan who stole my heart: Congratulations on winning the band. Although I think I have many competitions now.]

"I so love him!" The girl squealed, putting the phone back to the nightstand, but not before replying back to her boyfriend whom she know is busy with his game.

On the other hand, on Kenma is busy playing on his computer when the phone near the mouse beeped.

[My Girlfriend: Thanks so much. Its all because you supported me. I love you!]

A smile made its way to his face, immediately going back to his game where his guild members are waiting.

[KenKitty: I'm sorry, she couldn't make it today. I ask her to take a break.]

[FerCre: Ooohhhh concerned boyfriend]

[KenKitty: I just love her. Let's go!]

With a smile on his face, Kenma clicked the mouse indication of the game starting.
