After holding back a lot of his primal greed, Locke only took a bit of the silver and gold with him. He decided to leave the rest as it is, maybe lucky fella might find it, who knows. He had many different goals in mind that he could do, but he was going to start with making the cave his home. He would also wipe out the goblin settlement and look for more challenging foes.
Locke entered his soon to be home and began readjusting it to his liking. He used his abilities and strength to mold the walls and structures. After countless days of working on the cave, he had finally finished the project. The cave now looked more refined and structured, the walls had a certain charm and gleam to them. While it wasn't perfect, it was the best Locke could do right now with his abilities. Refining the structure of the cave had increased his mana and refined his control even further.
After completing his main goal, Locke decided to pay a visit to the goblin settlement. They hadn't seen him for days, they must have been worried why their village guard was dead. Locke went straight towards the front gate with a domineering aura that signaled wrath was about to fall upon this village. The weaker goblins that were between level 5-40 cowered in fear as they saw a 6-meter tall dragon standing in front of their village. Their usually grinning face with saliva dripping was no longer there, they were face to face with an enemy that could deal with them no problem. Bravely, one goblin managed to snap out of his stunned state and alert the elite goblin. In that time, Locke had taken care of most of the goblins in the village. The ground was cluttered with decapitated heads and burnt bodies of goblins.
A large grunt could be heard coming from the huge tent in the middle of the village. The ground shook a bit as you could see a 4 meter tall buffed up goblin come out. The goblin chief was followed by 3 hobgoblins who were all warriors, they were definitely stronger than that guard. The 3 hobgoblins stood 2.5 meters tall and bared iron swords.

Locke smirked while seeing the stats of his opponents, his own stats outmatched their chief by a long shot.

Locke was almost twice as strong as someone 83 levels above him. This goblin chief was also nearing level 200, he would gain a second class and become even more powerful. Breaking the barrier between level 199 and 200 requires 25x the amount of exp as compared to levels 190-198. Breaking this barrier allowed for a person to gain immense benefits and a stat boost. Just becoming level 200 makes you at least 2-3x stronger.
Locke used his insane speed and killed the hobgoblins easily. The chief stared at Locke in anger, but also fear. Locke was bigger and stronger than him in every way, such a foe was impossible to defeat for him. Due to the goblin chief's low intelligence, his instincts caused him to attack instead of run away. He slammed his giant battered mace straight at Locke's rib cage. Locke easily dodged the blow heading straight towards him and countered. He decapitated the goblin chief's head, it flung into the air and slammed down on the ground with a hard thump. The goblin chief's large body also fell on the ground lifelessly. Locke made quick work on the rest of the goblins who were alive in the village. He had gained 35 levels from the encounter, it was well worth it.

POV(*unkown*)

A small group of C class adventurers had been sent out by the merchant's guild to find what happened to the carriage that was supposed to arrive 3 days ago. As C class adventurers, their levels ranged from 250-400 as they had only reached C class 2 years ago. The veteran members were in the high 300s while the new recruits were in the high 200s. They were here to make easy money and please the merchants guild. The reward for this quest was 5 gold coins, it was an astounding amount of money for them. They could each live off one gold coin for 6 months if they were to take this quest. If they had stuck any longer in the adventurers guild then they might have had to quarrel with a B class party. It was a good decision to quickly take the quest and run off to complete it, they stood no chance against a B class party who could bully them.
One of the long time members of the party went ahead checked the inside of the carriage cautiously. He was surprised to find that there were still tons of gold and silver left inside. He had first thought a bandit might have attacked the carriage but looking inside he found there was still gold and silver left. It had to have been a monster attack, but it didn't make sense. Most of the monsters in this area are only 5-99, any adventurer party at level 100 or above could easily dispatch of them. It could only mean a higher level monster at level 200 or above attacked.
" Hey, Laura! Look at this, so much gold and silver are still left in the carriage. It couldn't have been a bandit attack, it was likely a rogue high-level monster." Harry said.
Laura also analyzed the carriage's interior and nodded with Harry. She thought for a bit and told her decision to Harry, " It seems you're correct Harry. We'll take this gold and silver and report it immediately to our sender. Let's tell the rest of the party and leave." Harry then thought for a bit and had an idea, " Couldn't we take a bit of this for ourselves? It wouldn't hurt that bad." Laura looked at Harry as if he was an idiot, " Harry, the guild would immediately realize that a group of C class adventurers are rich. Besides, the merchants guild would kill us if they found out." Harry put his head down in dismay, he wouldn't be rich today. The party eventually left to report it to the guild so that they would send the info to the merchants guild.
