Let's marry.

"No. I mean yes I was expecting your younger brother." she said while stuttering. She tried to calm her pounding heart by looking down.

"You're here for him?" he asked solemnly at which she nodded. His heart would have bleed if he didn't hear her words moments ago. "If that's the case I'll ask my grandfather to arrange you to him, instead of me." he said smiling.

She shook her head continuously while looking down. She raised her head to find him smiling at her. "Are you enjoying mocking me Mr.Mo? I didn't know you had this side. Can we talk something important now?" she said smiling at him. His heart skipped at her smile but he looked calm.

"Sure. But I guess there's nothing to talk. Just one answer from you and we are done with the discussion." he said with a serious expression.

"Won't you like to explain me anything before hearing my answer?" she asked with a straight face. She didn't care if he was Mo Xiao or anyone, she never wished to be third wheel in a relationship. She was well informed about Huo Xue. It's not like she was interested, but this person was too much of a famous personality, any news related to him spread like a wildfire and it was nearly impossible from someone to be oblivious to it. There were also rumors that Huo Xue was just a cover and Mo Xiao was actually frigid, but she never believed them.

Though he loved her, he didn't felt a need to explain anything. It was more like he was never used to explain things to anyone, he simply didn't care. Looking at him saying nothing she felt a tinge of disappointment. She wanted to marry him, that's a given but still, looking at him silently admitting to his relationship with Huo Xue she felt there was really nothing to talk about.

"I guess I should just wish you good luck with your love and move out of the way." she said wearing a smile, more of a sad smile.

She turned to walk inside the house when he caught her wrist from behind and pulled her. It was a sudden movement that made her collide with his chest. He noticed the goosebumps emanating from her hands when they had a contact. His lips curved into a smile after noting that she was too sensitive to his touch. They were so close to each other that she could hear a loud heartbeat, but she didn't know if it belonged to her or him. She hastily released herself from his grip and glared at him.

"Young master Mo, you should find someone else for this job. Though I'm not from a high society, but I'm certainly not ambitious for power and status. I won't marry a person that does not belong to me. I don't want someone to come knocking at my door to claim their rights. I prefer to enjoy a complete family devoid of any complications and mistresses." she said a bit infuriated.

"Miss Sia, I think we should marry." he said adjusting his suit.

She was confused, the burning rage in her eyes dissipated in thin air. Looking at her adoring furious face he really wanted to pinch her but he couldn't scare her. He knew she was too much of a scaredy cat.

"I never had a single relationship, so you need not worry. No one will come in the future to claim something from you." he said honestly.

"None? Like not a single? Any issues, I mean physical?" she asked with curiosity.

He shook his head when she suddenly chuckled. Looking at his confused expression she said, "You were always like an unreachable star for girls, no wonder you had no girlfriends. But, it would be impossible for me to believe if someone else was to say this."

"You thought I was frigid?" he frowned.

"Actually I never believed them, I have seen you swi...." she stopped abruptly realizing that she said something she shouldn't have said.

Though he wanted her to complete what she was saying but looking at those bright red heated cheeks he guessed that it was something embarrassing for her so helped her change the topic.

"So shall we inform the elders that your dying to marry me?" he asked at which she nodded. He laughed at her response it was a moment later that she realized that he was teasing her. He started walking ahead while she stared at his back while thinking, 'He is so damn different. This people are too much to call him stone cold emperor. He's such a bully. Urghh…. I can't believe I was about to tell him that I saw him swimming. He would definitely take me a pervert for this.' Her memories from that day flashed when she saw him for the first time when she was in university. His body was full of masculinity, it was bronze, firm and sculpted just like of a westerner. He was standing at the edge of swimming pool before the match half naked overflowing with power and hormones. She blushed at her thoughts. The people calling him frigid was definitely brainless bimbos.

She followed him shortly after. She walked towards the three talking and sat down beside her grandfather. Elder Jing was surprised to hear from Mo Xiao that Sia was ready to marry him at the first meet, so he glanced at her for confirmation, she nodded at him thus confirming that it was indeed true. Elder Jing was overjoyed because he thought of many different ways to convince her to marry him, but they weren't needed anymore.

Elder Mo was satisfied with Sia. Though he didn't knew her that well, he could see that she was dedicated to work, also, had a neat and clean image and profession in society. Also, she was Elder Jing's favorite granddaughter, she would definitely be well-behaved with high morals and virtues. Besides that, he believed in Mo Xiao's choice.

"Good, very good. Let's have lunch everyone." Elder Jing was happy, truly happy. Tears welled in her eyes looking at her grandfather, but she never showed her weak side to others.

They all walked towards the dining area when her phone rang. She saw the ID and frowned. Mo Xiao noticed her frown and wanted to ask her when she excused herself to take a call.

"Dear, I'm standing at your door. Won't you welcome me?"

"I'm not home." she said with knitted brows. She didn't want him to disturb her right now, she was happy and she wanted to remain for some time and she knew that if he came in front of her all she will feel is frustration and annoyance.

"Go home Mr.Xia Qingli!!" she growled at him.

She turned when she heard her grandfather calling her to find, an annoying fly at their door.
