Take my advice and talk to someone who will not judge. And if you can't find someone then at least tell your worries to a stranger ( without giving away personal information!!!)
It will help.
Trust me when I say this, it's not healthy to keep negative emotions bottled up!
I have tried. It's like pouring water into a cup.
Over time the cup will overflow.
And trust me when I say there will be repercussions when it overflows.
Talking to someone may sometimes help pour some of the water out!
