Chapter 229 The So-Called Dream

After wrapping up matters at Pixar, Adrian quickly rushed back to New York. Not only was the shooting of "The Professional" nearing its end, but Emma had also been left there. If he broke his promise, the little one would inevitably express her dissatisfaction in her own way, and now there was no Atlantic between them.

On one occasion, Adrian had promised the little one that he would spend the evening playing with her, but he had to cancel due to... umm... certain reasons.
