Chapter 2
All I can do is just stand there speechless. I have never seen anything so beautiful. Her long blond hair, her blue eyes, her glowing wings, and halo. She began walking into the building. The rainbows from the lights shining onto her slim body. I quickly regain my senses and look over to Macy bowing. I panic and start to bow but fall to the floor. " Are you okay?" Says a calm and polite voice. I look up to the princess standing near me offering her hand. I hesitantly take it," Yes sorry your highness thank you." I stutter the words standing. "Anytime." She says her smile is so beautiful it feels like my heart skipped a beat. Then she walks out of the room. I'm standing there when a broom is shoved into me. "Nice one, here take this a clean the main hall." Macy then walked out of a small door in the corner I didn't notice.
For the next few hours, I clean the main hall and the dining room. Every once in awhile Macy came in to check up on me. Then the door to the dining room swings open and in walks the Princess. "You know the shift is over you can go home now." She says walking towards me. But I don't understand. I've never heard that word. "What is home?" I ask the princess has a shocked expression on her face." You don't have a home?"She asks looking at me. "No." I simply say I didn't know what to say other than that."Ohh I see." She says pausing to think."Well, then why don't you stay here. The guest bedroom next to mine is empty." I don't know what to say.
No one has ever offered to help me before. "S-Sure thank you, your highness," I say, I can barely believe this is happening. "Just call me Cleo." She began to walk out of the room motioning for me to follow. Walking down the hall I don't know what to say. My head is spinning. This is NOT what I expected. Then my thoughts are interrupted. "Here it is." She opens a door to a large room with a blue queen bed with at least 12 throw pillows. The room is bright with the sunset through a pair of huge windows. Near there is a desk and I can see a small bathroom through another door. I've never seen anything like it before.
My room back in the demon realm is the top bunk of a bunk bed in a small room with 3 other girls. I walk in looking around my mouth slightly open. "Ohh by the way what's your name?"Cleo questions walking into the room as well. "Robin." I manage to say still admiring the room."Well, I'll see you tomorrow Robin."She winks at me before closing the doors behind her. I can feel myself blushing.
No, I can't. I mentally shake myself. The angel realm is so different then what I was told. I was told that everyone here is evil. But everyone is so nice. I just need to sleep and get my head straight. I jump onto the bed and as soon as my head hits the pillows I instantly fall into a deep sleep.
