Revealing the truth
Following the events of iron man 1 Percy's dad was finally able to return home. Over that course of time Percy caught up with his friends and classes. His mother was happy he was back but was inwardly worried, since she was able to tell that he was hiding something. She wanted to ask him about it but knew he would tell her when he was ready.
"Martha, Percy I'm home!" Frank yells opening the door to Percy and Martha enjoying dinner.
"welcome back honey/dad" they reply at the same time. Sitting down at the table while Martha gets him a plate "Mom, dad we need to talk" Percy tells the two "what is it Percy?" Frank asks worried
"The truth is I've not exactly been honest with you. I'm not exactly a normal person" Percy explains to the two. "what do you mean Percy" Asks his mother. Realizing it would be easier to show them over explain he has them follow them into the back year. "For starters this" he says as he summons his claws surprising both of his parents "For starters this is just one of my abilities. I'm also incredibly strong." He tells the to leading them to the garage where he picks up his fathers motorcycle with 1 hand. "Son I..... I don't know what to say" Frank stutters in his reply "I just felt like I shouldn't hide this from you two any more. That and I also want to be a hero like Tony stark." Shocked at what they have just been shown his parents don't know what to say to what he just said.
"one more thing dad I just have to know what exactly is it you do for work to be able to fly whatever that was out to get me?"
"well son it seems we shall both be revealing a lot today. I work for a group known as S.H.I.E.L.D. Our goal is to keep people safe from extra ordinary thing." Frank replies
"I want to join S.H.I.E.L.D. I want to help you in your work saving people." Percy asks his dad.
"From what you have shown me you would very well be a huge help in a lot of our missions but I don't know son its dangerous"
"Its ok dad, I'm pretty sure I'm fast enough that most people wouldn't be able to catch up to me in a fight" Percy tells his dad disappearing and reappearing on the other side of the room in a burst of speed.
"Very well son I will have a talk with my boss and see what I can do. However I will call in a favor at work and get you a combat instructor and if they do not think your ready then I am going to have to say no to even talking to my boss" Frank tell his son being able to see the excitement in his eyes as Percy runs off.
"He reminds me of when you found out your passed the test to be able to join S.H.I.E.L.D." Martha tells Frank as she leaves the garage leaving Frank to his thought.
1 week later Percy jumps up from the couch to answer the door. "Hello are you Percy" The woman asks "yes mam I am" Percy reply while inwardly screaming ( HOLY @#@# IT"S BLACK WIDOW)
"My name is Jenna, your father asked me to train you" She tells Percy "I've been told your a fair bit stronger than you appear so I've brought some things in my car that will help me test the limits of your strength. If you would go to the garage and open it my car is pulled up to it and we will get started" Making his way to the garage and opening the door he notices a massive van backed in to the drive way. Opening the trunk he notes a bunch of weights as well as a bunch of other strange devices. "Alright Percy lets get started first we are going to test your basics your current max strength and reaction time. After that there will be a short break before we get started with combat practice" Jenna says prepping Percy for what is to come.
"Alright so I thought your father was over exaggerating when he says you were strong but he wasn't kidding, I actually didn't bring enough weight as well as your other tests were passed with flying colors. Jeeze kid just what are they feeding you" She laughs reading off the result "Alright kid lets get started with combat training, I won't be holding back" Percy getting a combat stance gets ready for some hellish training.
1 year later.
After 10 months of training Percy was finally able to land a blow on his demon instructor "Jenna". At first Percy thought this training would be a breeze with cultivation, but he realized that would negate the whole point of the training so he sealed his cultivation whenever him and Jenna would spar. At first Jenna was confused as to why he was so weak when he explained what he was doing Jenna was impressed with Percy's dedication to getting stronger. After 10 months of training and finally landing a blow on her, Jenna decided to finally bring Percy out on the field. To identify a mysterious object that landed in the middle of New Mexico. Excited at what he knows is the start of Thor's adventures on earth Percy gathers his new sword he receive from Jenna during his training hops in her car and they make way for the closest S.H.I.E.L.D. base.

"So your Percy, I have heard a few things about you from your father and agent Romanoff here. From what I've been told your quite the hand to hand specialist. If all goes well on this mission I would be more than willing to have you join S.H.I.E.L.D." Fury tells Percy as they all walk onto the quinjet. "Romanoff and Percy, your mission is to secure a object that has landed in new mexico" Fury states pulling up some pictures on the screen "A hammer?" Natasha asks "yes a hammer. As strange as it may be a portal appeared not to long ago out of it and a humanoid and this hammer came out of it. The humanoid has yet to be found so our next best bet would be to secure the hammer, and if the humanoid appears make sure he is not a threat and if it is eliminate it." "Very well sir" Natasha replies to Fury before turning to Percy "so you ready for your first mission?" She asks "As ready as I can be" Percy answers visibly excited Natasha continues "Very well kid we did some research on you to attempt to come up with a code name but it seems you have already gotten one from your days as a vigilante.
