Hail Hydra

Waking up the first thing Percy see's Natasha in the chair next to him.

"Hey there sleeping beauty, glad your awake. Are you feeling any better?" Natasha asks

"I'm feeling a little better, how long was I out?" Percy replies

"You were out for 2 days, what happened?" Natasha

"I just used too much energy doing what I did. Thank you for being there for me." Percy says

"Any time wouldn't want you to get hurt on my watch" Natasha say

Getting geared up Percy finds out that Natasha was able to get some info from the man. From him they were able to find out that the man was from hydra, a group that should no longer exist.

"Well Steve ain't gonna be to happy to hear that hydra is still around" Percy says

"No kidding this is a big deal. Percy this is top level security info, No one can know what you just heard. We are leaving now to meet with Fury." Natasha commands

Loading up into the quinjet Percy begins reading up on all the info shield has on Hydra to try and match what he already knows with what shield knows. After reading through a bunch of the notes Percy approaches Natasha to let her know what he has discovered.

"Hey Nat I need to talk to you in private, hey pilot stop the quinjet here" Percy tells the pilot.

Transforming into his half dragon form Percy scoops up Natasha after getting her to take off her comms device.

"I think Hydra is in shield, how else could they known where we were going. I have a serious concern that we may have been breached." Percy worriedly says

"You make a good point Percy, I can see why you would have me take off my comms. We need to get back to base fast." Natasha replies

"Alright, brace yourself I'll summon a portal and we can walk through it. Won't say anything to the pilot just in case" Percy says summoning a portal back to the shield base.

Walking through the portal Natasha calls Fury and tells him to meet them in a secure room. After Fry arrives and seals the room Percy begins explaining what happened and his worries about hydra.

"I have some good news and bad news about that. I have had my suspicion on something like that, however I did not know that it was that group in particular. Percy, Romanoff I have a mission for you two and you may not be happy about this. I need you two to play dead for 2 or 3 weeks and then head to Sokovia and see what you can learn there. Some trails that were not fully covered lead to a base there however I do not have a exact location. I have been meaning to send a team out there for a little while now but with them being able to sneak into shield you can not be too careful." Fury explained

"Understood" Percy/Natasha respond.

"And Percy I will try and let your Parents know secretly that your not actually dead, but I can not really be seen with them so it could be awhile. The cover story for your two's death shall be while investigating the portal over the Himalayas you two got sucked into the portal and went missing. I will work out the kinks in the story later, but for now that will be the basics of it. Now you two make your way back to the Himalayas and stay hidden in the mountains for the next two or 3 weeks before reappearing as other people. Now go" Fury orders.

During the flight back Percy sat back in the quinjet making plans for the future now that he has started the hydra reveal early.

(So I have started the Hydra incident rather early, however this is a good thing. This starts me changing the MCU to how I want it to play out. The only things I will not be able to change will be the guardians of the galaxy since I have no idea as to where any of those planets are. Hopefully we can wrap this whole ordeal up rather fast, and maybe even avoid the whole civil war incident as well.) Percy thought

After arriving near the Himalayas Natasha gets Percy to use on of his Portals to send the quinjet into space before destroying it. After helping Nat set up camp she approaches Percy.

"So Percy during these next two or three weeks I am going to give you a crash course on how to be a spy. This is going to be rough, since as Fury said your more of a combatant but I have faith." Natasha says handing Percy a mug of hot chocolate

"Thank you Nat" Percy says with a smile

"Your very welcome. There is something I have been meaning to say. I am flattered that you think of me that way Percy, but I do not think you would want to be with someone like me. I am not a good person. I have a long ledger of bad deeds and murder. There is a lot of red in my ledger and by being with shield I feel like I can do some good in the world to try and counteract some of that bad." Natasha says with a pained look on her face

"Nat no one is perfect. Everyone has something bad at one point in their life. The point is as long as you change and begin doing good instead of bad everyone deserves to find happiness." Percy responds while attempting to give Natasha a hug

Pushing him away Natasha continues "Percy I do not think you understand I have done a lot of bad. A lot more bad than all the people in some small towns combines. Not to mention Percy I am pretty sure you would rather have someone a lot younger than me considering I am 10 years older than you"

"Age is not a factor at all Nat look at Thor and Jane Foster, he is like 1000 years older than her and she is giving him a chance. Also the bad deeds thing is nothing to be worried about at all. As long as you continue to do good, which I know you will, there is no problem. "Percy smiles as he tried to hug Natasha again however succeeding this time.

"Percy I.... do you really mean that when you say even someone like me deserves to find happiness" Natasha mumbles as tears being forming in her eyes, revealing something to her that she thought she had long since lost the right to. "Thank you Percy I will give what you said some thought"

"As long as you give me a chance I am more than happy" Percy whispers as Natasha sits in his embrace enjoying the warmth of another person in a way she had long since last enjoyed.
