In front of Henrik was a black-covered book, chains surrounded the cover of the Grimoire while a huge Kirin symbol could be seen, embedded in the cover looking extremely realistic.
He stretched out his palm in order to grasp the book from the hands of the skeleton with a crown on his head. Suddenly the empty sockets of the skeleton burst into blue flame.
The skeleton moved his free palm towards Henrik and a yellow lightning blasted out from his palm heading towards Henrik who was still standing in front of the skeleton without moving.
"YoU aRe NoT a CoRoNa ClaN mEmBeR bEgOnE!!!!!...."
Strange and incomplete words resounded throughout the tomb as the yellow lightning attacked Henrik.
Faced with such a sudden attack, he just stood by and covered himself inside a sphere made of [Force]. The strength behind the lightning was extremely strong, even with the [Force] protecting him.
He was still pushed back by the yellow lightning, the skeleton didn't let up. He conjured more lightning and assaulted Henrik's [Force:-Barrier].
ᒥ....I can't keep being passive, I need to switch gears....ᒧ
ᒥ....Let's see if this skeleton can hold my beer....ᒧ
"proh-TAY-goh dia-BOHL-i-cuh...."
Henrik decided to see if the skeleton could handle his [Protego Diabolica] spell, it is the incantation of a powerful dark spell that allows the user to create a protective ring of black fire around them that completely incinerates enemies of the caster who come into contact with it while leaving their allies unharmed.
Henrik found this spell inside a 3000 years old Grimoire that his puppets found after he manipulated them to do his bidding. The Grimoire belonged to a Dark Lord, named Gellert Grindelwald. He created this spell and was so profound in using it, that he could actually break down the activation sequence to make the spell much more versatile and deadly.
He used this spell to incinerate his enemies, only by the slightest of the touch of his flame would the enemy be wiped out of existence, this spell was more like a destruction spell than a simple defense ring.
The black flames surrounded the [Force:-Barrier] and repelled the yellow lightning that had been assaulting the barrier. The black flames started circling around Henrik. More and more fire expanded from existing fire and flowed the whole throne room.
Even though the spell was Fire-element based but it's motion represented that of a fluid. Like water, flexible and easy to control by the user.
The skeleton tried to fight back by increasing the intensity behind his attacks but sadly it's remaining power couldn't compete against Henrik's boundless magic power.
Henrik could have used his [Retaliation Counter] to counter the lightning back towards the Skeleton but it's seemed that the crown atop of Skeleton's head made it immune to any and all kinds of Element:-lightning based spell.
This was also the reason why Henrik didn't utilize his [Force-Lightning] to counter the incoming attack.
Other than these alternatives there was one more spell that Henrik could use but was reluctant to. [Fiendfyre] was a curse that produced enchanted flames of immense size and heat that were capable of destroying nearly anything in its path, taking the form of gigantic fiery beasts that seek out living targets such as serpents, chimeras, dragons, and birds of prey.
Fiendfyre was an immensely powerful fire that cannot be extinguished by normal or enchanted water, It was also very difficult for the caster to control, flowing from the palm in a continuous stream of flame.
If the caster flicks their finger when the stream of flame was still running from the palm, a jet of fire would shoot off and become a flaming animal.
When cast, the fire appears with a roaring, billowing noise and gave its victims only a split-second's warning to escape, quickly consuming anything in the vicinity of its caster.
The flames were of an abnormally large size and take the shape of fiery monsters and beasts such as snakes, dragons, eagles, and chimeras, constantly mutating into other beasts as well as powerful, formless flames that destroy all things flammable around itself.
The fire even possessed sentience of its own, a continuous (though far from latent) desire to burn anything it could. It would pursue any nearby lifeforms and anything that it could destroy, and was capable of incinerating anything through mere contact.
As Fiendfyre was inherently extremely dangerous, most casters would have major difficulty with controlling the fire once it had been unleashed.
Henrik was able to master this spell after spending a good amount of time and even so he left reluctant to do so.
The black flames true to their nature incinerated the skeleton, leaving behind only his the crown and the Black Grimoire.
Henrik raised his hand and the black flames quickly extinguished while the whole tomb started to tremble. Henrik ignored the fact that the tomb was going to collapse and held the chained Grimoire in his palm.
"[Apparition]...."
A magical form of transportation, in which the user travels instantly from one location to another, without traversing the space in-between.
This is accomplished by having the user focus on the desired location in their mind and then purposely disappearing from that spot to reappear at the desired location.
Apparition is by far the fastest way to get to the desired destination but is tricky to pull off correctly and disastrous if botched.
Henrik's body wrapped at a point and disappeared from the tomb which was immediately impacted with falling rocks and gold sculptures.
He appeared above the ground, beside the split that he had created to reach the tomb. Henrik utilized his [Force] and forcefully sealed the crack before looking at the Grimoire in his right palm.
"Master!!!...."
Before he could observe the thing, Kiyohime appeared behind him and kneeled on the ground with her head bowed. She was partially covered in body, her mouth, cheeks, palms were all covered in fresh blood while her red kimono had some burn mark near her chest.
"So you have dealt with your enemies?."
"Yes, master!!!.."
"Well then—"
"Master!!!..."
Henrik looked towards her as she placed her katana in front of her and her flintlock beside it. She looked at him with determination and said in a deep tone.
ᒥ With heaven and hell as my witness ᒣ

"My master grant me a new name for I want to forget the past and move forward, my place beside you as I will be reborn with a new name...."
Henrik looked at Kiyohime for a few seconds, he understood that she wanted to move forward and put an end to all of her sufferings. The surname Corona will only bring back bitter memories which she desperately wants to forget.
"Very well Kiyohime, I, Henrik Mikaelson, your Master grants you with a new name, from henceforth you shall be known as Kiyohime Gerard...."
ᒥ....In the remembrance of Marcel Gerard, someone we the Mikaelsons, acknowledge as Family....ᒧ
Kiyohime picks up her weapons and put then back on her waist before standing up straight in front of her Master.
Henrik hands her the chained Grimoire before saying in his usual tone.
"This is the treasure they have been wanting to take away from your clan compound, strong bloodline magic is protecting it thus even I can't break the chains to see the content and capability of this Grimoire."
"But I can say this for sure that this Grimoire can only be opened by you, by your blood which contains the Corona bloodline."
"Take it, it belongs to you."
"Thank you, master..."
Kiyohime takes the Grimoire in her hands and drops some of her blood on the chains. As soon as the blood came in contact with the chains, they started to melt and after a few seconds, the chains evaporated, leaving behind the black covered Grimoire with the Kirin symbol on it's cover.
Memories started appearing inside her mind, [Voldemort's Grimoire of Spirits] was the name of this Black Grimoire and it was an artifact that can be used to suppress spirits, even divine spirits which we also know as... Gods.
Startled by this information, she reported this to her master. Henrik after hearing this new information had a strange smile on his face which promised pain and suffering.
"Well well....Karma is a bitch!!!!"
"Hahahahhahahahha...."
Kiyohime was a little frightened by her master's strange behavior and started shivering a little. What she didn't know was that if Henrik hated something in the world, then it was the spirits.
And now, with such a dangerous artifact in his hands, he can have all the revenge he wants even if the spirits of this world are innocent.
