Chapter :-41 Talking with Susanoo (Part-2)

Susanoo stared at Henrik with furious intensity but didn't attack, his elder sister was standing beside the enemy and would surely fight him if he did attack her 'master'.

As much as Susanoo hated to admit it, he didn't want to fight his sister. He already once broke her heart after destroying her rice fields and lands, he wouldn't do it again.

But seeing his sister's condition, he couldn't help but get angry. As a God, he just couldn't accept the fact that his sister, who is worshiped as the main Shinto Goddess is a slave of a mortal.

ᒥ....I can't attack him, currently, not only he is stronger than myself but he also has my sister by his side to join in if I decided to fight....ᒧ

ᒥ....I should agree to his proposal, for now, once 'mother' is free from her confinement I will ask her to free Amaterasu. As a reward for freeing my 'mother' I will spare his life even after the crime he committed by making my sister, a God into his slave....ᒧ

Thinking up till here, Susanoo acted to be thinking and struggling with his decision, he sighed after a few moments and grumpily accepted the conditions.

"I am willing to participate in the trade but you need to fulfill your part of the bargain first...."

Hearing Susanoo smiled as once again the [Force] emitting out of his body reeled within his body and all traces of its existence disappeared from reality.

"Very well, I take your word for it..."

Henrik exactly knew what Susanoo was currently thinking, he wanted you to use his 'mother' to forcefully break the pendant's bind over Amaterasu and free her. What he didn't know was the fact, the medium required for 'her' to leave the prison was Freya's pendant.

To successfully leave the prison, 'she' must bind her soul to the pendant itself, meaning that she had to become a slave to leave that place and with only one thought on 'her' mind–revenge. Persuading her to do his bidding wouldn't be too hard.

But Henrik had no intention to tell Susanoo that the price for revenge was eternal subordination.

He placed his palm over his pendant and concentrated. The pendant started glowing with an eerily vibe, giving off purple sparkles.

ᒥ....Dear sister, Susanoo has agreed to my terms. The teleportation barrier around the shrine has been lifted, so you can teleport to my position, use a locater spell using the Pendant as a medium and come here....ᒧ

The pendant acted as a link between the siblings, allowing Freya to lock onto his position and cast an advanced witchcraft spell to teleport near his position.

Suddenly, Susanoo could sense a disruption in the space-time continuum. A powerful spell was being cast to interfere with the fabric of space and time itself.

A silver-white haired woman with green eyes and light skin appeared beside Henrik. She was wearing a green Yukata and carried herself with grace and elegance. Her beautiful face and sexy body were one of the most beautiful things in the world.

Around her neck was a purple pendant, just like the one Henrik wore all the time. She looked around to get a better grasp of the situation. After a few minutes of looking around, she moved beside Henrik and scanned his body for any traces of a fight and let out a sigh of relief after finding none. She used [Teleportation] to appear within the cave.

[Teleportation]: An advanced variation of this spell that allows full displacement of the witch's body and consciousness from one location to another, instantaneously.

This form of projection seems to not require a spell to achieve or perhaps it is prepared beforehand and activated by thought, such requirements have not been established.

To a lesser extent of this spell, objects too can be transported from one location to another. Once an object has been teleported to the desired location, it cannot be brought back in the same manner.

ᒥ....She must be his sister!?....ᒧ

Susanoo gazed at the newcomer for a few moments before averting his eyes from her and looking towards Henrik.

Henrik asked Susanoo to talk him to the underworld without wasting any time.

"Take us to the place were your 'mother' is sealed....."

"Very well, let's go...."

The black Grimoire floating mid-air suddenly closed itself and disappeared within Kiyohime's sleeves.

Arcs of blue lightning covered the whole cave, lighting the cave with bright light but unfortunately, there was no one who could see this beautiful spectacle.

With a flash, they disappeared from their position, leaving behind large burn marks all over the ground.

Their destination was the entrance to the underworld, the whole plane was overflowing with the madness that even Gods had a hard time dealing with. In the heart of it lay a cave blocked by a boulder.

A guardian lay waste to any intruder so as to protect the seal and make sure that the 'thing' inside the cave stays sealed forever.

The place contained the one thing that every Shinto God feared, even the 'father' of the three main Shinto Gods didn't dare enter the plane he himself sealed.

For here lay Izanami, sealed forever till the end of time. The one Goddess who died and transformed into something that Japanese people considered to be the most terrifying entity in the whole Shinto Chronicles.

The Goddess of the Underworld.

The wife of Izanagi, Izanami was a beautiful goddess who due to circumstances out of her control, was killed and sent to the Underworld. When her dear husband Izanagi came for her, He disobeyed the one he was told NOT to do, Look at her before they left. After the reveal of her corpse-like body, he left her to return to the mortal world.

Angry beyond belief, she cursed him, saying that she will kill 1000 people every day. To which he replied with "Then 1000 shall be born for those you will have killed.

Out if plain stupidity on Izanagi's part, he disobeyed the rules he was supposed to follow and after suffering from the consequences of his action, he chose to run away and seed her inside a cave.

Revenge plagued her mind and soul.

And now that same feeling would help Henrik accomplish what he was about to do.
