Chapter :-45 Izanami Vs Izanagi (Part-1)

"[Cruel Sun]...."

A gigantic sphere of heavenly yellow flame descends from the clear dark sun, illuminating the plane faraway where the eyes go. The heat emitted by the hot body was so much that the ground turned lava even before the sphere made contact with it.

The sheer pressure behind the attack of such intensity incinerated the army of the undead supporting the 7-guardians.

Amaterasu had an unfeeling expression on her face as she decimated the land around her, causing a nuclear blast to go off with the Underworld.

She was under Henrik's control, so all she could do was follow his orders and complete the task given to her. That man had already reached the unbreakable boulder which blocked the mouth of the cave, with the two women following him.

She had little doubt that Henrik wouldn't be able to free her mother, but after seeing what he was capable of with her own eyes. She knew that today a grand battle would take place within the Shinto domain of Underworld.

She didn't support the idea of freeing Izanami, don't misunderstand, she would love to meet her mother, but it has been so many millenniums since she was sealed away by Izanagi. All the hate surrounding the Underworld made her fear her mother.

She feared that the world would be destroyed by her mother's hate and anger, for the crimes Human's didn't commit. To prevent such a situation from becoming reality, she protested against Henrik's plan to enslave her mother.

She didn't believe that Henrik could convince a 2nd generation Goddess into becoming his subordinate. She had no idea that convincing the other party was the easiest thing Henrik had done after being transmigrated into the world.

"[Eye of the storm]...."

Beside Amaterasu stood her little brother, Susanoo, the God of Storms and Waves. Crackling arcs of blue lightning condensed around his body as he raised both of his hands high in the air.

An eye made of pure lightning towered over the battlefield, the whole sky was filled with blue lightning and dark clouds. The massive eye blinked, just being near the area gave one goosebump as all the hair stood straight, electrified.

A beam made of pure lightning energy decimated the landscape as the 7-guardians activated energy shields to protect themselves from the destructive beam of lightning.

Susanoo held his sword, the one he acquired after slaying the legendary snake Orochi. Kusanagi thundered within his hands as the wind around him started to spill, a hurricane assaulted the field followed by multiple lightning bolts.

ᒥ....Tch!!!....ᒧ

ᒥ....Every after using so much power, not even one of these abominations has gone down. I hope he quickly frees mother so that she would handle them....ᒧ

Both Susanoo and Amaterasu couldn't hurt the 7-guardians even after combining their powers and attacking with different combos. The force behind the 7-guardians vastly outpowered their own.

The 7-guardians were an exact copy of each other, A [Killer] that wears a skull mask.

Regarded as the first [God killer], who was born when the name "Old Man of the Mountain" changed into a title after the [God killer cult] became established as [Gods killers].

However, it has been said that neither the other 6-Killers nor the Gods of the cult knew this individual's true identity and that no evidence that he genuinely existed could be found anywhere.

He is a legendary God Killer, said to appear to take the head of a generation's God when they stray from the path.

In other words, a God that kills other Gods.

Once Izanagi had fought against this terrifying existence and was able to escape with his life with his enormous strength, so to provide the seal with utmost security, he made 7-guardians using his power as the [Creation God] based on the true Killer.

The 7-guardians were nothing when compared to the real deal, but they still possessed power equal to Amaterasu and Susanoo while Tsukuyomi was a bit stronger than them.

After going all out, after using all of their divine power, they still couldn't handle the incoming attacks from the artificial killers for more than 3-seconds.

They were close to losing but at that moment, Amaterasu felt Henrik's control disappear over her body. Yes, she was confused by this sudden change, but before she could react, a massive force burst throughout the Underworld as an enormous brownish serpent suddenly appeared near the 7-guardians.

It opened its mouth wide and quickly stalled the 7-guardians at a speed which was so fast that even Gods like Susanoo and Amaterasu couldn't see it move much less avoid it.

The replica's chances of surviving were zero as they quickly got devoured by the giant snake whose body was bigger than Amaterasu's Okami form multiplied by 5.

Both Susanoo and Amaterasu turned to their left side as they felt someone standing beside Freya, a woman looking straight towards them, she wore a [Pine-colored] [Yukata] with an [Red-Obi] around her waist.

The lower portion of the [Yukata] was grey coloured with maroon colour over the ends. The beautiful dress didn't cover her shoulders and collarbone, highlighting her cleavage.

She had smooth black hair, the black eye with a white pupil, pale white skin like jade, her left hand held a [Red-Wagasa] with its inner side pure neon while a yellow lantern chained to a small stick held in her palm glowed in the darkness.

She appeared to be sitting on yellowish-clouds with small light green coloured skulls floating around her. A brownish snake coiled against her back along with a white moon shining over her head.

Both of their eyes widened as they instinctively knew who that person standing next to Freya was. Izanami, their mother, the Goddess of Underworld, an angry wife, yandere, etc.

Amaterasu was feeling extremely awkward at the moment as she didn't expect Henrik to be able to free their mother. She appreciated the fact that her mother was no longer confined but was also afraid of her flipping out over the world.

She just looked towards her mother with a complicated expression whereas Susanoo, unlike her, was extremely excited by the fact the finally his mother was free and alive.

He quickly arrived in front of her, followed by Amaterasu, who was a second behind Susanoo in taking action.

"Mother!!!... I am so happy that you are finally free from your prison. The one that father made, you can't understand how long I have waited for this day to arrive."

"Greetings Mother....."

Izanami looked at both of them for a few moments before patting their heads lightly, her behaviour eased Amaterasu a little as she had thought that the only thing going within Izanami's mind would be Revenge and Hate, but it looked like she was wrong.....or not.

Suddenly the air solidified, the sky trembled, the black sun dimmed, the negative feeling within the Shinto domain of Underworld was suddenly boosted as unimaginable amounts of Hate and vengeance burst forth Izanami's body as she glared that the figure which had appeared behind the 3-Gods.

Her expression twisted into that of crazy women as she spoke in such a cold and venomous tone that it sent shivers down the sibling's back.

"Izanagi!!!!...."
