XVIII Lily

When Caspian was going to sleep a sudden banging was heard on the door, so he took off his headphones and prepared a knife to stab the foreign entity if it was harmful to him.

He was going to open then stab the thing outside when he suddenly heard a voice of a little girl. "Umm.. are you there mister?."

Caspian stopped and didn't answer the girl and sat on his sleeping bag. "C-can you help me please, i just saw you walk here some minutes ago."

The girl kept on talking but Caspian never answered and just stared at the door. "I got separated from my family. My father hid me in a box, he said he was going to get me back but i became hungry and went out."

"..."Caspian frowned and thought 'What bad parenting. If they were gonna leave they should've taken her with them'

"Please mister, i saw monsters walking around and they ate the big sister i saw hours ago."Even through all that ranting there was still no zombies attacking her because they where in the middle of some field and near the high way.

"She screamed and they ate her even though, i got scared and just hid in the box so please mister help me. I saw how strong you where, i won't be a baggage I'll help you."

"A-And you can leave me to escape if you want just please help me?." Caspian got annoyed and opened the door and pulled the girl in. "Ah thank you thank you mister." Yelled a little girl seemingly a 7 year old.

Caspian put his index finger in front of his mouth telling the girl to stop talking."im sorry." Caspian sighed and threw a pack of biscuits to the little girl.

"My names Lily mister whats yours?." Lily happily mentioned. Caspian ignored the girl and sat near his bag and looked at the girl happily eating biscuits.

After awhile of eating Lily laid on Caspian's sleeping bag and fell asleep. Caspian slept right after making sure Lily was actually asleep.

When Caspian woke up he immediately packed his stuff and headed out. After awhile of walking away Caspian heard a yell "Mister wait for me!!!."

Caspian ran faster when he heard it. It wasn't long until he got tired and put his hands on his knees to breathe. "Mister thank you for waiting."

While Caspian was dying inside the little girl was happily humming beside him as they walked to Caspian's or their next destination.
