So many things wrong urgh. TW:RAPE FL is raped by ML bc of a scheme by FL's friend's dad aka it should have been the friend that was raped. BUT THEN FL thinks it's a dream, friend got lucky and doesn't tell her the truth, and ML falls in love with FL. Sidenote: This friend isn't as obviously evil as in other novels with the schemes. FL likes her a lot. They're still close after the incident. But as a reader I'm like..HOW DO YOU NOT TALK ABOUT THE RAPE?? So she's an enemy in my eyes tbh FL is annoyingly dumb and innocent. Definitely a weak lead. Doesn't seem like she'll get stronger. ML will probably be doing all the power moves behind the scenes. Meh.

The novel started of with the usual rape scene., The father of the FL's friend had thought to "gift" his daughter to the ML (ai mean, who does that). Unfortunately, the FL's friend went to a audition and asked the FL as a stand in. Well I am not too optimistic in this novel given the start of it. 😐😐 You can try it out we all have different preferences.

The plot seems a little twisted... ML is satisfied with the s**ual experience with someone unconscious? FL is so naive to not realize that she has lost her virginity to a stranger while unconscious and thought it was a wet dream? Best friend didn't reveal the ugly truth to FL even if it was her family's fault. Nevertheless, I wanna know more and hope this gets continued. I dont want to waste my FPs in unlocking the chapters if WN ends up dropping it. 😊

I couldn't get past the rape. The ML raped an unconscious woman who made zero response and he feels very pleased with himself. It doesn't matter if the story is good or not, I feel dirty just thinking of supporting this kind of author who thinks that love and romance should start with rape. DISGUSTING!!!
