Devouring Immortal

Chen Xiao had told me that I would now need to undergo the process of the 'Stone Stomach' technique so that I would be able to absorb the Void Essence faster.


He had also told me that it would hurt much more than forming the Qi Sea. 


I sat cross legged and then followed the instructions of directing my Qi to my stomach, after this the Qi then started to decompose my stomach which I responded with directing another bit of Qi to my stomach to repair.


After the process went on for a while, there was a slight resistance to my Qi as I kept the same amount of pressure on my stomach.  There were slight tearing, which would be fixed by the 2nd portion of my Qi which would then be broke down again by the first.


After a little bit, I could barely do any damage to my stomach, which was when I started to insert some Void Essence from the surroundings so that it could help with the refinement, which Chen Xiao had instructed me to do when I could no longer cause any damage to my stomach.


After the integration of the Void Essence into the process, the pain got 10 times as worse than when using my own Qi which had a little bit of Void Essence in it. 


The process lasted for about 1 hour before I finally could do no more damage to my stomach with the surrounding lower rank 1 Void Essence and my refining speed had doubled which had proved that the process had succeeded.


He had also told me that I would need to be able to refine mid rank 1 Void Essence before I would be able to upgrade to "Copper Stomach".


There was a slight hardness to my entrails now that the process had gone underway, as everything was refined in the process and not just my stomach.  All that I was subsisting on for now was the Essence from the surroundings for food.
