Devouring Immortal

There were a few more things that I would have to do before exploring, but I won't mention that anymore until I can at least dodge bullets, which I would have to be 9th Level of Body Refinement Stage to dodge a standard pistol round.


I decided to go and explore the scenery a little bit and to see what I could use in the surroundings to my advantage.


 After asking around I had learned that there were a few high-rise buildings in the surroundings, but outside of the city was about all forest and some open land.


Everyone assumed that I was new to the city or state and so some of them decided to explain a bit about the surrounding areas.


After saying my farewells to them it was getting to be lunch time and so I decided to stop at a diner and get a quick to-go box as I decided to pay a visit to my ex in the hospital.


But first I decided to get some sleeping medicine from making a personal batch that was more potent than the ones on the market today.


The ingredients used to make the sleeping syrum wasn't that difficult to find in at the local drug store as it wasn't anything that required a note from a qualified doctor to get the ingredients.


After mixing all of the ingredients and seeing the final concoction, a malicious smile formed on my face.  She will have died a dogs death if I don't get my hands on her meaning that I should hurry before she gets released back into the public.  On her timeline she had stated that she will be in the hospital for about two weeks but only three days had gone by, I wanted to be extra careful in case she decided to get released early.  


So I thought of the most reasonable thing to do, cut the power to the hospital.  Tho this isn't the best option, but it is the most efficient option as the cameras will be offline for about 5 minutes till the backup generators come online, then they will perform a mantenance check on the breaker to check what had caused the blackout leaving me about 7 minutes in total to get in there, grab her then extract from the location.


I wanted to use an EMP (Electro Magnetic Pulse) device so that all of the electronics in the building go offline as well as short circut, leading to all of the camera's and stuff to go offline for a bit.  It isn't as destructive as cutting the power as there is nothing to lead it back to me.


I packed up my bags and decided to head over there after buying the necessary things for the mission.
