 A glorious reign over the realm only to be hunted, a glorious return only to be haunted. Avery Hall had a fair share of experience when it came to the many layers of humanity. 
 


With the death of our real world in the future, everyone gets digitized and becomes... well, Immortal. To a degree.

But how to do you spend immortality?

Video Games... of course, with everything being digital... and with Hyper Advanced A.I... it's possible to create games that simulate what reality used to be like.

 Our story takes place in Starduster MMO, a fantasy based MMO game where the game's story is run mainly by player choice, with any choice being an important factor into anything.

Our main point of view is Avery Hall, who specializes in the Sniper Class, a long range damage class that uses a Rifle. He is quite efficient at making use of all he has available, and is kind of a jerk.

Avery also has been preventing the Progress of the game by holding on to a Key Artifact, other players find out about this and after a while decide they don't want him around anymore.

 While normally death lowers levels... his reputation is too low within the game and he gets banned, luckily he has a second account, as most V.I.P. users in the world do...

 Avery, swears to return the status quo, but maybe he'll be good this time... hopefully, habits take a long time to stop.

 So we join Avery's journey to get back to the top, just make sure he doesn't forget to properly transfer accounts.

StarDuster - Glory of the Umbral Avenger

The Infinitely wide walls now pressed against my body, I could barely resist against the force of such a thing... if Force is equal to mass times acceleration... then as long as acceleration is more then zero, the infinite mass pressing against me should break my bones instantly... somehow I'm holding on though, whether or not that's a testament to my strength or reason that this space isn't actually infinite as I so believed is yet to be discussed.


         Actually, if its pressing against me... the room can't be infinite. I'm touching the walls after all. God damn, I'm an idiot... I didn't think of the obvious answer at first. 


           Ugh... the walls are pressing against me harder now, if I had something to prop this up... that'd be nice. But I am here alone, with only my normal clothing. I wonder why I'm here... and why are the walls pressing against me... I don't believe I can die here particularly... or maybe that's what I need to do.


        Eventually,  my legs gave way towards the might of the white space...and I was squished. The pain was... well, bearable. Not much more than when I was in that environmental thing back at anthille. I wonder what's going on there by the way... if the ants are all dead, then its likely the place either has had them respawn or some other colony took over, hell... a different species could be there now.


       I guess I'll visit there, just to find out.

        Ayy! Buddy! Good to hear from you, how much longer untill I'm back in StarDuster? 


    | Mabye an hour or so for you, I hate to inform you.. but the items you recently created are all gone. |


       I've heard,  anywho... how long was I in there? 


      Ah fuck. Can you give me a rundown on what happened? 


     | I can give you a basic list of what everyone's been doing so far. |


Dice : Grinding out levels to reach the peak of her species. She currently is level 79/200 of the ' Toxic Personoid Battle Empress. '


Anise : Continued the study of magic, she had mastery of nearly every element... and has successfully cultivated a spell containing 20 level 8 Magic Circles. 


Syn : Grinded three evolutions, currently is a ' Arch R.M.C. Nanodroid '. After doing such, he summoned many other turrets for permanent use, evolved them and the previous ones to a high degree... and then started construction of a small building where your body currently resides.


Primordial Ocean Spirit : Has taken over 56% of all media outlets,  20% of all underground information dealers, and 40% of orchards and other various dedicated farming locals. 


Melody : She has made peace with Arch once more, and their band is back together.


Edo : Stopped by and gave a small note to Syn for you to read.


Origin Guild : They have started organizing a Raid group to hunt you down.


     Well that's good to know. Lots of information to digest there... so I'll take a little bit to... digest it, haha... ha...
