Void certainly gives me that option, after all, since I control it mentally like a part of my body it is basically the same type of function as my avatar now. Void, obviously, would be a much better material than flesh. But, that means I wouldn't be gaining racial bonuses...
Like uh... let's say I wanted to be an Elf.
I would get lots of nature related abilities, improvements in dexterity and wisdom, and I would frankly look a lot nicer and younger.
With a void body, because I lack the...-

My arm didn't take damage from the void material did it? When I lost it, it didn't do actually damage right?
So, if I replace my whole body with Void... I wouldn't be able to take damage... because... there is no 'me' to hit nor could void be hit because it frankly can't.
