" Dad, she hasn't returned yet, it's more than five minutes." Mayumi worryingly said while busily
packing up.
" It worry me too, especially that above us become the barracks 'military airfield now. This is all
mind-blowing Mayumi, but keep your focus I tell you! Go slight with her, don't trust her path,
she can throw herself up in trees too, just stay on the ground and stay hidden from the
enemies."
" Copy dad, but... aw!" Mayumi was stunned by the latest blast, it wasn't on the surface but still
nearby.
Eventually, Magee just got down and was in a hurry.
" They'll gonna attack the granite mountain, thinking that we're all there!"
" What? What made them so serious like that? Haha! Aren't they telling each other that they
have conquered the place already?" The captain has funnily uttered.
"No dad, they had mentioned a traitor who sent a message to the barracks that the lost
commando got stronger due to officer Orlando's team. They had mentioned your name,
rebuilding the troop of the lost army."
"Hmm...I'm curious then...if this traitor approach officer Orlando's team too and said that the lost
commando connive with the barracks people? This must be worst, not to wonder if we can't
blame the army that's suppose to rescue us, gets colder on us. Well, I don't like to die like this
in here. I need to find out that traitor. Did they mention any clue? Yes, I see. Wise traitors
usually use different name as identity or use another person to cover him up. Hmm...this must
be tough, a lot of them wants our downfall."
"Dad, you've answered all of your questions." Mayumi softly said.
" I just did it, yeah.....so there again! Another blast from above, Magee, is there any more
information you can share, you waited that long up there."
" The one talking whose voice just clear to me is a pilot who would fly tomorrow to provide
support for ground soldiers and troop convoys. The granite mountain is their ground target
before proceeding to Makasido."
" Aha!" The captain smiled.
"What do you think we need to do, dad." Mayumi and Magee seriously asked in chorus.
"Well, my sons aren't with me right now but left with my daughters. Are you both willing to go for
a mission? Hearing of this traitor makes me want to leave this place for the mean time, our
troop must survive. Imagine if...the traitor is just with them right now and perhaps would escape right when they sleep, and more situations could be possible." The captain gave them a semi-
gun-powdered clue.
" It's all possible, dad." Magee and Mayumi angrily answered.
" So here...focus. Breathe in and breathe out. Before getting out of the waterfalls, we'll see to it
that we're ready to live and die, but of course, let's struggle to survive. I am supposed to die
here and blow this place before the enemies could find evidences which I know Baldur got
everything in his journal. But hearing that traitor harmed my children this much, so I need to go
out. You both need to bring me to the granite mountain, to your house Magee."
"But dad, remember that soldier from the barracks who was already there and maybe have
brought his friends out there right now." Magee pouted.
" Haha! Really! But all of those exits have automatic rock bolts and belts, including the house
source of light, it won't be opened again."
"But why we panicked to leave the place when we're safe out there?" Magee crosschecked.
"Perhaps, my point is to make the barracks people and friends dizzy." The captain smiled then
urged both of them to start moving while laughing at his fleshy joke.
"So where's my gun and bag? I'm moving now." The captain smiled after standing up
straight and walked through the long table and that they followed with amazement.
"Wow! Is that you, dad? You said you still can't walk, why you lied?" Magee slowly pat his arm.
" I'm just old but still nutty. So what now...it's almost three in the afternoon. Leaving at twilight
will shorten our timeline. So, go ladies, give me your bags, especially the papers you brought. I
have my secret vault here. You close your eyes, facing that raging water while I'll keep the
bags safe. Then Magee, prepared three ropes, we'll travel very low...we'll go down and slide
from this waterfalls. The waters will go to Gabok, thus it will pass just three hundred meters
from the cliff of the granite mountain. Easy. But hey! Magee, kindly see the color of the water in
the river from afar." The captain asked.
" It's brown dad." Magee replied.
" So we need to wear brown army uniform , dad?" Mayumi queried.
" Yes, and the three of us need to cover our heads with ripped brown uniform too. Or we can
put it on when we're already below. Okay, better. "
Mayumi and Magee immediately created such headcover and the three started to travel light.
The raging waters was not yet too cold so the three pass through just beside, slowly and
reached below after almost five minutes. When they reached the surface of the river, they
started wearing the headcover and they grabbed some small logs, trudging some swampy
sides. They've travelled almost kilometre when there's a young man bathing and was currently
using a rough stone in cleaning his body. The captain stopped his two charming soldiers and smiled, you close your eyes ladies while I'm going to ask whether we are permitted to pass by or
not. The ladies smiled and turned their heads upward but they saw that station one was on fire. They
both were teary eyed and almost forgot where the old man went through. When they do and
hurriedly followed the captain, the man was already dressed up and Edward was pointing his
gun to him. Both ladies passed by and still from neckline and below, they maintained
underwater while persistently covered their faces. A minute later, the captain followed, and left
the man so behave. Meanwhile, the ladies decided not to tell him the scenario of station one fire.
