Nightmares

We decided to rest and continue in the morning. Though the sky was even brighter than before.

Which was dangerous.

I laid down on the mountain rocks and enjoyed the view of the valley.

If only I lived here.

I closed my eyes and remembered the cool sweet water I drank.

Then I fell asleep.

When I was awoken, I noticed the valley wasn't the same anymore.

The pink flowers were ripped out and dead.

The blue, crystal water was covered in moss and looked like a sickly green.

And the woods behind it was chopped down with trees.

No.

This can't be happening.

Then the world started spinning and I found myself in a hospital room.

I looked around and saw my brother, Noah in the hospital bed.

What?

Why was I here?

I had no idea...

I noticed that he was breathing and I was glad to see him alive even for a moment.

Then the heart monitor machine started to beep and the heart line was like straight.

No why was I watching this?

The world was spinning again and I was in still darkness.

Again.

"Show yourself! I'm not scared of you, you coward!" I yelled.

"Do you see what'll happen if you don't answer me?" Snarled a voice.

"Stop! Stop showing me those nightmares and my past life! The one you've destroyed." J begged.

"Not until I get an answer." He said stubbornly.

"You'll never get an answer!" I said firmly.

"Fine then." And those were the last words I heard before everything was spinning once more and I finally woke up from my nightmares.

He warned me.

But I wasn't going to listen to him.

I wasn't afraid of him at all.

I stood up and looked at the beautiful valley below me and breathed in the cool scent air.

I had to fight him off before he can take that away from me.
