A/N: This is in two parts because I do not like posting super long chapters and that is how most of the awkenings are gonna be because I want to write about why they were chosen. Anyways enjoy the story loves!

Fixing the bow of the dress, she runs off to meet with her friends. She wore a light blue dress with a white satin ribbon tied perfectly around her waist. She was really excited to get out of the house.

She rounded the corner staring at her watch, 8:45. She was fifteen minutes late. They were probably mad, and that made her want to turn around. Then she remembered she would be asked a lot of questions if she went home early and continued on.

She stopped to take a breather to hear two girls talking. She was not really paying attention to the conversation, focusing on her own breathing, but she heard snippets of it.

"What is taking her so long?"

Panting, heaving, gasping for air. She had ran ten blocks to get here and felt like she would pass out if she did not take a break like right now. Even though she really did not wanna hear their conversation. It felt like an invasion of privacy and she felt bad.

"Why did you even invite the school's goody goody?"

"Cammie, do you not think that it would be fun to have her do some 'fun stuff' with us?"

That made her really concerned for the girl they were talking about. No I can not invade a conversation I was not even supposed to hear, she thought to herself as she adjusted the bow again. She walked out and realized who was talking and immediately felt her stomach drop.

"Hey, Adaline, you took so long." Destiny spoke.. happily? Adaline could not focus enough on her tone being distracted by what she just overheard her friends say.

"Hi.. Bye... Wait, no I mean!" Adaline started tripping over her words. She was adjusting the bow on her dress again even though it was perfectly fine the way it was. In the end, she sighed in defeat, "Hey Destiny, Cammie."

"You ready to get lit?" Cameran smirked at her with a look of determination. This scared her so much because she had already ran away six times now in her mind.

"What are we going to do?" Adaline spoke nervously.

"Adaline, Adaline, Adaline," Destiny spoke putting her hand behind Adaline's shoulder and pushing her towards the building, "calm down and go with the flow for once in your life."

Once they got into the building Adaline felt as if she could not breathe. There were people grinding, dancing on poles, and people in heated makeout sessions everywhere. She stuck by Destiny and Cammie, scared of what this place was and why they were there.

Once they got to a counter and they started talking she realized where she was. She was internally screaming because of this.

"Can we get three of your strongest drinks please?" Destiny said pushing a fake ID forward. She did not know what came over her but she pulled Destiny aside in a hurry.

"What are you doing Destiny?! That is so wrong, we are juniors in highschool for crying out loud!" She whisper shouted at Destiny.

"Adaline have some fun in your life. This is a normal highschool thing. Do you really want to feel left out of this?"

With that she just pushes me back toward the counter. The bartender looking at then weird as Destiny downed the shot with ease. Next was Cammie, she downed her shot and it seemed to not even phase her in the least.

Adaline knew she was next to go. She tried so hard to not run or anything. Destiny's words in her head about how everyone does this. She looked at her friends as they stared her down. She saw their phones out and realized what was really going on.

Adaline rushed out of there before any of them had a chance to get a picture. Her family would be so mad if they saw that she even entered a bar underaged let alone almost drank something. She was so upset and actually did not know what to do.

She knew that she was naive at times, but did people really think she was that stupid? She ran home and slammed her door shut. She fell on her bed and thought about this whole night.

She looked in the mirror and took her full appearance in. She had ocean blue eyes and naturally bright pink lips. Her skin was really fair and her hair... She naturally was a perfect blonde as people put it. She was naturally this way and because of it everyone stereotyped her.

She looked at her outfit again. The bow was perfectly on her waist still. Usually this made her happy as she was a perfectionist, but now. She ripped it off with no hesitation and slumped onto her knees. She was always underestimated because she tried to make everyone happy.

Her brother was the exact opposite.  He could jump off a roof after being told not to and be praised as her. Well she could even look at the roof and everyone would judge her and make her feel like she can not do anything.

Even at school, Lucas. She had nothing against him, they were best friends. But even though she still felt jealous of him. He was doing the same things as her, but he was not looked at as naive, actually he was praised and loved because of it.

"No," she told herself in front of the mirror, "I am unique and people will understand that I am going to help people in many ways they did not think possible!"

Adaline did this at least once every week. She would look herself over and start feeling upset, jealous, and even hateful towards people. Though she knew that she was going to make a difference whether people liked her or not. This was her usual pep talk.

She got changed into some pajamas, cried some more just think about the situation she could of got into. How mad everyone would be at her, but soon she started drifting away from her thoughts.  Her eyes got heavy and she felt sleep take over her her almost completely. The last thought was something that should worried her, but she was already fast asleep.

"What is Destiny and Cammie going to do tomorrow at school?"
