In the morning they resumed their train with Thor being tossed to the sea while yelling curses.

The 3 fools are continuing their body training with massive weights on her body in the form of runes occasional screams echoes at the cliff.

In a far place, there are two individuals sitting on a lotus form.

"Why are we doing this?" Sif asks as she looks at Loki with anger.

"Well, If I don't focus I may fuck you up even before we start our training with those clothes," Loki said as he tried to keep his eyes from peeking at her who is only wearing a sports bra and very tight black pants.

"You are free to do so if you can take responsibility."

"Hell no! Not this time, I need my full focus on my training!" he said shaking his head like an epileptic patient.

After half-hour passed they stood up and with Loki looking like a sage man with no mortal desire and connection.

"Now, I will teach you the Art of Elemental Bending."

He bowed like a martial art practitioner and taking a horse stance.

"Earth, a firm and strong wall that can defend anything you can think of if you will it."

Sif copied his stance but her sexiness oozes with a sweet smile.

Earth energy spill out of Loki's foot as he stomped and a 10 inches thick 7 feet tall wall emerges in front of him.

"So why do I need to learn if I can already control it?" Sif asks him as she copies his spell.

He stood up and stand before her wall before kicking it down.

"Weak..."

He put his sage-like aura after saying it and stood before his wall then kicking it. Only to collide with metallic rings during the collision.

"Ummm.. okay," she stomped again and kicked it down effortlessly.

"Add your intent into it," Loki on his lotus seat said.

Sif, again stomped and a wall emerges it has a very solid build and she kicked it two times before it crumbles down. She, again and again, does it but her wall didn't reach his level. As her disappointment bother her training more as her wall become more loose and weak.

Then the battle axe flies toward Loki's sleeping figure so fast that she suddenly stomped so hard with deep worry, the wall that covered him curve in like a hand protecting someone precious then a massive collision happens dust fills the air but Sif rush in even before the dust settles.

"Loki!!"

The wall is almost untouched as the axe lied on the floor with Loki looking at her with a wide smile.

"You passed," he stood up and kicked the wall it didn't crumble or even make a sound, testifying it's true might.

Loki charges his kick with blue energy as it crackles on his foot with lightning currents. He then kicked it again with a resounding boom he pierces his foot at the wall.

He laughs after piercing it with his foot with a smug face.

"Okay, you the best, what's next?" Sif asks as she rolled her eyes.

"Yes, help me get out of here I'm stuck that is the next step..." he said without shame.

She waves her hands in frustration and stomped with the wall coming back to where it came from.

'Fuck, my dimension energy can't negate divine energy but they also slow down on working. If I tap on my divinity, the big Oaf may know it. I better play safe than sorry but once I receive my divinity from Asgard, then I can let loose!' Loki though as he walks.

"Now, every element have different ideas and nature. Earth is strong, solid, and willful. Fire, is raging, prideful, and unrestrained. Air is free and water is everflowing, adapting, and moody. You discover that emotion boosts their power as the intent is what you want your power to be used and it will have a more solid build and focus on its command. The art of bending elements put your intent on your action making it more powerful and fast to cast."

Loki then stomped with great anger then a pillar or fire rise up behind Sif. He then calms down and waves his hands on a yin-yang pattern and a gust of wind rises around him like a building tornado. With a leap, he slams down both his arms forward as a massive wave of water from the sea smashes Sif but she stomped and earthen wall with vines rise-up.

"Good! Now do your work! I also need to train!" Loki said while walking toward Sif upon laying his eyes on her bountiful rear his demonic hand suddenly slapped it as it jiggles.

Her simple step becomes a deafening stomp as a blue pillar of fire rise below Loki roasting him to her surprise.

"Cough... that is one nasty roasting method you got there," he said as he walks like a drunk become of dehydration and headache.
