Book 1:Chapter 15: A Man from Earth

At some part of the forest there's two young man sitting cross legged in front of them is a bonfire, of course this is none other than Regal and Mad Monkey.

After cleaning their bodies they decided to go and sit and roast some of the beast that they encounter on their way.

"Hey I'm Nathan btw, how did you got up there? And you said that you're not from here right?" Regal asked.

Mad Monkey thought if answering Regal seriously will benefit him, but after a moment of pause he decided to tell Regal the truth.

"I don't know either, after I woke up I found myself lying on the floor and the memories I have is the memories from the place where I am from. A place called earth, a place which is totally different in some ways," Mad Monkey said.

"Different? How? And what are you doing before you got here? You're so weak even a child that goes on training can pretty much hunt a few of those mob that chased you earlier." Regal said.

"Well, it's different in a way that we don't have special powers. The people there is all normal human, we're all mortal the world is run by politics and technology, I'm not sure if you have technology here but as I can see people here rely on their strength to decide superiority. In my world what controls it is wealth, connection politics scheming. We mostly rely on guns, tanks ships plane. Pretty much we don't have mounts there also even seeing a man riding a horse when it's not a competition is so rare. Some people train but almost 80% of the population there is just living to survive, eat, pay for their shelter and things needed." Mad monkey said.

"Your world sounds peaceful just like my life before, but peacefulness really didn't last long. sigh" Regal said sighing quietly.

"It is much more peaceful than the life here, but man before my dream was having powers, wealth, beauties around me. That's why when I got here I'm really happy that I'll gain powers for myself but I found myself even here weak and puny." Mad monkey said a bit melancholic.

"So in your world you're just also a nobody? I mean let me rephrase it. You're living a mediocre life?" Regal asked.

The sun shine ever so brightly while two young man stuck in a conversation of life, which is pretty odd for a young 16 years old, and a man who just live a life of 20 years old.

"Yea that's right I'm a crew at a restaurant barely surviving my life on my own there after my parents got on an accident I'm forced to quit school, and get a job to survive. And dreaming about having powers, wealth how fantastic would it be to live on a life where I can also enjoy life, that's why I said I wanna be a ruler, I don't want to live a normal and mediocre life now that I have a chance. Even if you're ahead of me of five baths that's why you look good I'll take 10 baths everyday so my skin will be silky smooth and women will go crazy for me" Snorting like a bull imagining his harem he got lost in thought.

Regal is listening and seeing all this contemplating what is there to life if from the start you got all the things you want? Like you can just ask and you'll have it. You just snap your finger and you can get anything you want. Is there a meaning of such life, and if you gonna live that life for the rest of your year is fulfilling? having beauties, wealth, power. Is that really the goal of life?

Seeing Regal lost in thought when he heard the word harem he thought that Regal has the same goal as him. Like a cat who got his tail stepped on he radiated hostility.

But after remembering he's weak mad monkey gnashed his teeth.

After a moment of silence regal sighed and shook his head, after he divided the meat that he roasted and give the other half at Mad Monkey then they began to eat.

After finishing Mad Monkey burp loudly and asked Regal.

"So what do we do now? And also how did you become so strong and kill those beast easily how can I acquire powers like yours?" Mad monkey asked.

Regal thought for a moment and shook his head. "It's because of the system we hunt we gain levels and there's what you called stats that if you raise it correspond to and upgrade of specific part of yourself. Like vitality if you raise your vit stats..."

Before Regal continue he got interrupted by Mad monkey saying. "So It's like an rpg where you hunt and gain exp and levels huh? So how can I get the system and start leveling or is it by birth on this world if that's the case my harem NOOOOOO! Anyway how." 'So I can beat your ass you thought you're handsome ha.' Mad monkey said of course the second part of his sentence is for himself only to hear.

Regal stared at him finding him funny on whatever he does like he's looking at a circus monkey.

He chuckled and said.

"I really don't know, for me I don't have this from birth it's not that I don't want to tell you but I really don't know how did I got it. this just came after I encounter a strange phenomena that I myself can't describe but that's after a life and death crisis. So maybe you can try awakening the system by having a life and death crisis?" Regal suggested.

"No no no no no no. If I accidentally died at your so called life and death crisis there will be no handsome man in world anymore, plus I don't want to risk my harem" Mad monkey said.

"Well we can just always ask after we got back to the city. I['m going back to the city anyway since you're my lackey I'll help you, let's ask around the city or some adventurers there. Maybe they'll know.

While on their way to the town they also killed some mobs, by they I mean Regal and Mad monkey of course follows regal along. For a lackey he really is pretty laid back, like regal is his guard or worker.

While killing a large mob of snake by the looks of it numbers around hundreds but of course as the day goes by regal stats keep multiplying and he gets ridiculously strong so this kind of mobs isn't enough to threaten his life. Of course this snakes isn't that low leveled their level ranging around 30-40 which give also tons of exp, but the dangerous part is you got bitten it's poison and paralyze your limb that got bitten and for a swarm that's dangerous. But not for Regal of course.

On their west side a group a group of 10 people walking towards regal and mad monkey's position of course mad monkey is on the a faraway safe position.

The group of man at the middle is a young man wearing luxurious clothing, besides him the 9 other man wields a spear and on their waist is a sword. They look like a knight except their face is vicious and they give sinister vibe.

They saw regal fighting the mob of snake with ease not even getting bitten once.

But when the young man saw his face of course he got irritated because Regal is like a perfect pretty boy, a female magnet. Looking over his direction he got the glimpse of the bloody scythe that giving of a dangerous aura but for the young man's eyes shining with greed he found the scythe extremely gorgeous even bathe in blood the red lotus done in red dripping at the black lining handle of the scythe.

"Get me that scythe from that man over there I want it, that must be a strong weapon or treasure" The young man said.

The leader of the knight hesitating, when the young man saw this he frown and looked at the leader of knight.

"Why are you hesitating I said I want it why don't you get it? Are you afraid of that man? We are 10 people he's only one. And who will dare to offend me in the territory of the Xan City?" The young man said frowning and getting annoyed.

The lead knight still hesitating and finally spoke.

"Young master mark, your father said that we must not offend any people outside at all cost specially some of the descendants are going near our town to go to the rift, and some young master of the big clan is out somewhere the world getting experience." Said the lead guard.

"So you're saying that the man over is some heir of a big clan?" Said the young man.

"Okay let's confirm it first, if I can't dare to offend his background. If his background is not important not just the scythe I want all his harvest here. Let's go." said the young man followed by the guards.

While this is happening Mad monkey and regal is already collecting the Orb at the moment.

Even if Regal knew that their coming his way he wasn't afraid, for him facing this kind of people isn't that hard. And even if he heard them talking about robbing him he's fine with that. The strong will come out eventually.

"Hey Mad Monkey there's some guy there gonna rob us, the young man with them looks like he has a high position in the Xan City that we're going to. Act natural." Regal said quietly.

"Oh fudge, so this is the silk pants young master part in those novels huh. Alright natural let's see if this young master can measure up to my Plot armor!" Grinning he continue to collect orb.

And this time the group of people with the young master arrive.

"Hey you stop what you're doing this young master needs to talk to you" Said the young man.
