Starting your brand with outdoor marketing

As I have discussed previously you should have a company logo created and at least know the product or services you are offering. You can approach a card printing services. I am sure most of them can help you to design your logo. Do not make it too complicated. At the same time you can start to order your name cards. List the product or services on the name card. Your name card should have your contact information. Basically your company name, your name, mobile contact numbers, email address and also the link to your chosen social media platform that you have created. You can also create a new Gmail account specially for this new company. This Gmail account will have your company name on it so that it will look like a company email address.

For your outdoor activities you will need a pull up banner bearing your product or services. You can also start printing some brochures. Do not print too much as you may require to make some changes along the way to create some marketing campaigns.

Next is to get your company registered as a sole proprietorship. Some cost maybe involved but these are investment cost if you're serious about creating your business for a long haul.

Now my advice is before you invest your money doing all these things.

Make sure you already have some sales going through and you are confident that your business have a potential growth for more future sales.

Next step is to do outdoor marketing starting with your neighborhood first. You can start with approaching retail shop owners near your neighborhood market place. Some shop owners will allow you to market your products or services for a small fee. Find a weekend spot near a location during the busy hours where there are lots of human traffic. I can only say that you need to do some trials before you know if the spot is good. You can only learn if the spot that you have chosen is good by looking at your sales. Move on to other locations and explore if you think that you're not getting the sales. Do your outdoor events consistently every weekend and observe the crowd and your sales. It may take you a few months before you can find a good spot for doing your sales. Do not stick to one spot find others and consistently do your outdoor marketing. It maybe tough in the beginning but worth it. One analogy I can relate to this act is like looking for a gold mine. Once you found your gold mine try to maintain a good rapport with the retail shop owner so that they will prefer to give up a small retail space for you during the weekends. Find other new spots but this time venture to other locations slightly further to another market place. Do the same thing and book your spot. Schedule for a weekly event rotating your marketing spot. Find at least four goldmines so that you can be at a spot for at least once a month. Your persistent and consistency will determine your success in sales. Do not forget to also publish your weekly activities on your social media platform so that your potential customers know that you're in for a long run.
