Hicks looks out the door once again
(Hicks)
"Oh yeah! Um How did I get here"
(Li Na)
"I can't tell you the full story, only the parts i was there for, is that okay?"
(Hicks)
"Yes, that would be great"
(Li Na)
"Li Jing and I were walking alongside Grandmaster when he suddenly dashed away. We tried to keep up but he kept leaping from building to building. When we got to the top of a building we could see a red aura emitting from where you were"
(Hicks)
*A red aura? What was happening*
(Li Na)
"We saw that Grandmaster was heading towards your direction, so we followed along. When we were almost there a huge explosion happened. It almost threw Li Jing off a building. When we got there grandmaster was standing in front of a group of cowering disciples there looking at you. You were face down on the ground. He told us to take you to his isolation chamber where we would stay by you till you woke up. Then the rest is history"
(Hicks)
"So it seems that if I want to know what really happened I have to find the Grandmaster... what happened to all the disciples that were there"
(Li Na)
They were told to not talk about the incident to anyone, not even you. It seems Grandmaster knew you wouldn't remember. Don't even try going to the area because it has been cut off and is on watch by guards.
(Hicks)
"That's disappointing, I will just have to meet with Grandmaster on my own"
(Li Na)
"And how will you do that? At your level you aren't even allowed to breathe 3 meters near Grandmaster. Unless he calls for you, which is a high possibility, you won't be able to talk to him"
(Hicks)
"Well then, I will just wait, I might as well kill time training"
Li Na giggles
(Li Na)
Try not to over exert yourself
Hicks blushes and leaves
(Hicks)
*Argent what all that happened, I didn't get all the info I wanted from her, it would be great if you could give me really good details*
(Argent)
"Sorry for some reason I can't remember, stop bothering me and go train already"
Hicks already knows how annoying Argent is and gives up immediately. He goes to his little shed and takes a break for a while
(Argent)
"Sleeping already? You got to rest for a while and after that you touched someone how can you not be full of energy"
Hicks sighs and gets up he runs over to the border of the Pavilion, where he went to before. Suddenly fearless he he climbs up the wall and goes to the other side
(Argent)
"Seems you aren't afraid of getting caught anymore, so whatcha gonna do"
(Hicks)
"I'm gonna go hunt some demon beasts"
Hicks suddenly runs into the forest nonstop
He runs for around 10 minutes before he suddenly sees a bush move.
(Hicks)
*A demon beast?*
Coming out of the bush is a fanged rabbit
On all fours it is 4 feet tall. It is bigger than the spiked hamster. Hicks dashes towards the Fanged Rabbit and punches it right in the face. It goes flying into a tree and dies
(Hicks)
"Even though I put all of my strength into that punch I didn't think it would die so quickly"
(Argent)
"Oh did I not tell you? I slowly increase your strength whenever you are sleeping so your cultivation will never end."
(Hicks)
"So how strong am I right now?"
(Argent)
"You are at the Peak Of Qi-Gathering"
(Hicks)
"No wonder after all that running I wasn't tired"
Hicks just smiles and starts looking for another demon beast
(Argent)
"HEY!! Aren't you gonna say "Oh my god Argent you're so awesome thank you" instead of ignoring me like nothing!"
Hicks ignores him and just keeps running. About five minutes later Argent forcefully takes Hicks' conscience into the void and Hicks' body collapses on the floor
Hicks standing shocked in the void tries to get back out
(Argent)
"Don't try to leave, I'm not letting you"
(Hicks)
"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING!!! MY BODY IS LEFT OUT THERE DEFENSELESS!!!"
(Argent)
"Why are you doing this? Why don't you just go cultivate instead of hunting demon beasts"
(Hicks)
"Because no matter how strong I am without experience I will still be weak"
Argent looks at him shocked then smile. Hicks leaves the void and sees himself of the floor. As soon as he gets up he feels killing intent next to him.
He guts up and dashes away coincidentally avoiding a slash from a paw. He looks over and out of a bush an Iron Back Tiger comes out of the bush.
This doesn't faze Hicks but he is still weary.
(Argent)
"I want you to use this this skill. Well it's not really a skill since I came up with it on the fly but I want you to try it"
(Hicks)
*This won't knock me out right?*
(Argent)
"I'm a hundred percent sure this one is safe. I'm sure. Send some Qi to you hand until it starts emitting from it.
Hicks sends Qi into his hand and a red aura starts to surround his hand
(Argent)
"Now, imagine there is a dagger in you hand"
Hicks does just that and feels a change in the aura, it turns sharp
(Argent)
"Alright now go and stab that f**ker!"
Hicks dashes towards the tiger and stings his hand at it. The tiger tries to block it with its paw but recieves a deep cut in its hand. The tiger growls and tries to slash at Hicks with its other paw. Hicks jumps over it and slashes it's eye. While the tiger is in a state of shock Hicks steps on its head and runs on top of its back while slashing at it at the same time.
The Qi in his hand is running out and it disappears
(Hicks)
"Oh crap, Argent what do I do?"
(Argent)
"Don't worry a got this"
The needle in Hicks' head starts to glow and Hicks feels the Qi in his body start to replenish, and his strength increased tremendously. The tiger turns around and looks at him but in a flash he appears under the tigers head and shoves his hand into its throat. Before it collapses Hicks moves in-front of it. Hicks killed one of the high grade monsters in this forest.
(Argent)
"Put your hand on its head"
Without question Hicks does so. Then suddenly Hicks feels a sharp pain on his head. He releases his hand and starts rolling around on the floor in pain then lies down. While laying on the floor he feels information being put into his mind. This information is a skill.
(Hicks)
"You gave me a skill that allows me to absorb things with Qi and take their power."
Hicks gets up and puts his hand on the tigers head. His hand lights up and the tiger is absorbed into his hand and disappears. Then what remains is a stone.
(Hicks)
"Huh what is that?"
He approaches the stone with caution
(Argent)
"Haha, nice job! A dragon stone!"
(Hicks)
"A dragon stone gives you incredible abilities once absorbed right"
Hicks' face brightens up. And he picks up the stone.
(Hicks)
"So how do I absorb the power?"
(Argent)
"Channel your Qi into it and leave it there for 1 minute"
Hicks does so and waits till 1 minute is up.
(Argent)
"Now use the absorb skill I gave you and absorb the stone"
Hicks absorbs the stone, He starts emitting a blue light from his chest. Then feels a huge pain
(Hicks)
"AGH I FEEL LIKE IM GOING TO EXPLODE"
The blue light relieves and leaves Hicks exhausted. Even though he is exhausted he starts running back to the border. When he gets there he climbs over and returns to his shed but before he can enter he passes out and goes to sleep

"I didn't know he would get this power from the stone. How fortunate"
