"Where are you taking me?" Ying Yue struggled against some of the Jade Circle men who tugged at her, pushing her through another door. "Hey!"
"Bye-bye," Wang Longwei wiggled his fingers at her, upsetting her even more.
"Bastard!" She yelled, but it was of no use. There were too many men around her and there was only one of her. They dragged her to a floor below and stuffed her inside a room with plain white walls and a glass partition on one side. There was nothing in it -- no chair, no bed, not even a toilet. And her bladder was already about to burst.
There was a surveillance camera at two corners, and she held up her middle finger to one of them, hoping against all else that Wang Longwei was watching.
Did they expect her to just pee here? Hell no.
She walked around the empty room to tamp down her urge to urinate, and when she reached the glass window on one side, she peeked through it only to find Song Yinan lying down on a bed on the other side.
Brother!
Ying Yue punched the glass, and seeing that she didn't even manage to put a crack or a dent on it, she punched it again, making her knuckles sting and bleed slightly. Still, however, it only wiggled in response. It was only as if she were a butterfly beating against a rock.
Her eyes focused on the sight of an unconscious Song Yinan before she finally slunk to the ground on her knees. At least Song Yinan was given a bed. She wasn't even provided anything in here.
Ying Yue felt a little defeated. She was all alone, and she could only rely on herself after all. Where was Juyan now? Where was the Dragon Club now? Nowhere! She was suddenly reminded of the old saying, "When strong winds are beating you down, you can only tell yourself to hold on."
Her normally bright eyes became a bit dull, and after some time, she dragged herself up to the door, beating it down with several knocks. "I need to use the toilet."
There was no answer, so she tried again hoping to annoy them to death.
"I need to pee! You didn't even give me a f*cking toilet in here!" She knocked on the door louder. "I. NEED. TO. PEE. IF YOU WON'T LET ME USE THE TOILET I'LL PEE ON THE DOOR DAMNIT."
Let's see how long they can take my screaming and knocking, she thought.
"TOILET. I NEED TO PEE IN A TOILET." She persisted.
The men outside looked at each other.
"Man, let's just bring her to the toilet. There's seven of us and just one of her anyway."
"If she escapes, I don't want to be implicated by this."
"You idiots are just fucking scared."
"Yeah, she's a girl. What can she do?"
The man who opposed them held up both hands. "Do what you want."
The others looked at each other and shrugged.
After what seemed like a lifetime of knocking, the door Ying Yue was leaning on finally gave way, opening to reveal several men outside. They had their firearms drawn up with their bare hands, and they were fully-equipped with gear, from knives strapped to their boots to grenades on their belts.
"Thanks," she muttered, jumping on one foot to show she was about to pee any minute now.
One of them roughly pulled her by the arm, taking her through a corridor towards the toilet, and the others followed behind religiously.
She glanced back at the door where she came from and flitted her eyes to the side, spotting the door to Song Yinan's room. Her lips twisted into a pout.
They arrived at the end of the corridor where they stuffed her into a common toilet, warning her that if she didn't come out after five minutes, they'd break down the door regardless if she was finished with her business or not.
She got inside hurriedly and locked the door.
First things first. She peed.
And when she finished, her mind started turning gears, like an old engine that was finally oiled up. Her eyes travelled all over the room to find anything she could use. So far, the only thing available as a weapon was the toilet plunger.
Tsk.
There was a sharp rap on the door. "Three minutes!"
