First Battle

URGENT ANNOUNCEMENT:
Hello dear viewers, long time no see. I have been absent for more than 2 years due to personal issues during covid and starting college/university. I am thankful to all of you for your support of this project. I would like to announce that I just got back to posting fan-fics and it is about anime/manga - Blue Lock. The name of the series is "What If Nagi Had The Biggest Ego" and it will be coming out in 2 formats, text, and video. Episode 1 is already out in the text version. Peter has been thinking about the battle he would have with Goblin tomorrow. Although he knew the exact time and place, he was feeling nervous. Peter has never faced such a powerful enemy before. He was thinking about the plan over and over again and was trying to remember all of Goblin's strengths and weaknesses.
"Goblin is exceptionally smart and strong. In theory, I am more powerful than him in terms of physical strengths but I have not mastered my fighting skills yet. He is also very fast and has a bullet-proof skin. It means that the only way to beat him is to do everything fast so that he won't be able to escape or create a backup plan on the run" Peter thought in his head. "Even if I get rid of the glider, he will still have gas-emitting and explosive bombs left in his arsenal. Also, his costume is capable of discharging electrical pulses. So I will need to get rid of the mask first and launch my electric web directly into his head".

Peter was on top of a building that right in front of Oscorp's office. He has been waiting for almost an hour already. He felt nervous but did his best to stay focused.
After about half an hour three black cars arrived at Oscorp, while 6 people with bodyguards came out from the building. They got inside the cars and headed to the west. Peter was following them, but could not see the glider yet.
He has been following them for a few minutes already. The convoy suddenly turned to the other road and decided to head towards the port, as the road there had less traffic. Suddenly, Green Goblin flew out from the top of one of the buildings on his glider and was speeding up to reach the convoy faster, seems like he knew that they would go this way. However, Peter spotted him and used his regular web to get to the convoy earlier. The Goblin got much closer and was only about 100 meters from the cars when Peter flew out from the little passage in between the buildings. The Green Goblin saw him but it was too late, as Peter has already managed to launch four electric webs right into the glider while being mid-air. The glider fell down as well as the Goblin. Peter launched his web right into the villain's head to remove the mask, but he dodged it...
"I do not know who you are, but you can assume that you are already dead!" the Green Goblin said evilly before pressing a button on his small controller on the wrist.
Peter turned back and saw a glider going up slowly... Norman launched a secondary battery and restarted it.
The Spider-Man launched his web into the glider, used all his strength to pull it down to the ground, switched to the electric web and shot the glider more than 10 times until the battery exploded from an overabundance of energy.
Meanwhile, the Green Goblin was still following the convoy as he was obsessed with the idea of killing people who betrayed him.
His durability and physical skills allowed him to run at the same speed as cars if not faster.
Peter saw that and started catching up with the help of the buildings and his web. He was very close to the Goblin when he pulled out a bomb from his belt pocket and was about to throw it onto the convoy...
The Spider-Man jumped in his direction, launched the web his legs and threw the villain towards the port area.
The Green Goblin was shocked by the fact that Peter managed to deactivate his glider and decided to fall back.
Although there was a large distance between the two, Peter followed him. He had an advantage, as he was using the verticality of the place. Goblin saw that and tried to distract the Spider-Man by throwing grenades in his direction, but he was ready and dodged all of them. When Goblin threw his last grenade Peter hit it with his web and directed it to Goblin's direction. The bomb exploded right in front of the villain... he was wounded and decided to run to the storage building nearby...
Peter entered the building from the other side, he saw Goblin right in the middle of a room.
The storage building was almost completely empty. Goblin had no arsenal left and was ready for a close-in fight.
However, Spider-Man followed his plan by moving different directions and launching his web into the Goblin, he was dodging most of them but was not able to defend completely because he was wounded.
Peter took advantage of that and managed to hit one of his shots into Goblin's chest and redirected him to a corner of a room. Then, he stuck Goblin's legs to a wall with his web and continued his shots to completely immobilize his opponent.
Peter did it and removed the mask from Goblin's head. He was ready for the final step of his plan... he launched the electric web into Green Golbin's head...
"I barely felt that, is that all you are capable of?" said Norman evilly.
Peter continued his shots...
"AAA..." Green Goblin screamed loudly from pain... "You think you are a hero? Do you think you saved them? They are just rats who are even ready to betray their family for money"
Peter looked into Norman's eyes, he was furious...
"I stopped you... and while I am here people like you will not harm others" Peter said.
"You think you stopped me? HAHAHAHA" Goblin started laughing loudly.
"Yes I did! I noticed that you are feeling the pain from my shots... so you are just a few shots away from being dead." Peter responded.
"HAHAHAHA" Goblin continued laughing
Peter was lost and could not understand why the Green Goblin is happy...
"Why are you laughing?"
"Do you really think I did not have a backup plan of killing them... people who tried to destroy something I have been working on my whole life"
Peter continued his shots...
"Activate plan B!" Goblin said loudly before losing consciousness.
Peter hit him with dozens of shots before checking the Green Goblin's pulse... He was dead...
Peter took Norman's body and was on the way to Harry's house when he saw something... it was a breaking news report on a large screen.
"Breaking news from the west of New-York, a car just exploded in the middle of a traffic jam. The explosion was really big and affected all of the cars and people nearby. According to our estimates, about 11 cars exploded, 25 people died and 40 are seriously injured."
"No..." said Peter quietly. "He placed the bomb inside a car beforehand and activated it using his controller with his voice... the death of all these people is only my fault..."
