URGENT ANNOUNCEMENT:

Hello dear viewers, long time no see. I have been absent for more than 2 years due to personal issues during covid and starting college/university. I am thankful to all of you for your support of this project. I would like to announce that I just got back to posting fan-fics and it is about anime/manga - Blue Lock. The name of the series is "What If Nagi Had The Biggest Ego" and it will be coming out in 2 formats, text, and video. Episode 1 is already out in the text version. "Jarvis, contact others," Tony said.

"Tony?" Cap said.

"Steve, where you at?"

"I don't know... I got shot" he said with a deep breath.

"We are coming. Jarvis, track the signal, and send the coordinates to Spider-Man. Jesus, you should get a new superhero name"

After a few minutes, Peter and Tony got to the metro station where Steve's signal came from. It was a few kilometers away from Stark's tower.

As they were getting there Peter noticed that the city center was almost completely destroyed. More than half of the skyscrapers were destroyed. Some of them were in a fire while other buildings were on the edge of falling down. He also saw lots of Chitauri leviathans lying across the streets and on the buildings. Peter saw 3 of them on the way. There also were lots of bodies of Chitauri lying everywhere.

Citizens were in a panic... Lots of them were injured and some of them lost their family members during this invasion.

S.H.I.E.L.D. made sure that all of the emergency services nearby got to the center of New-York to help them.

"This is not the way I expected this to go... why is it so different from what was in the movie? I saw 3 leviathans only on the way here, but there were only 5 of them at most in the movie. Chitauri were much more powerful and dangerous than in the movie. It will take much longer for the city to recover from this, the battle covered significantly wider territory than I thought"

When Peter and Tony entered the building they saw a terrifying picture...

There were about a few hundred bodies of dead people lying in the main hall...

"Jarvis, disable Spider kid's vision," Toni said immediately after he saw that. "Go outside, I'll find Cap myself"

Peter was in shock. Although he read lots of comics and watched lots of movies about superheroes, this was the first time he saw something this violent.

He was about to leave the building when he heard...

"Tony? I am here" Steve whispered.

There was very dark inside the building, so Tony used his scanner. He found Steve, he was lying in the corner and was holding his stomach with his hand, he was bleeding. Peter got to him as well.

"What happened?" Peter asked.

Steve looked around and started crying.

"I failed... I couldn't save these people. There were too many Chitauri, one of them shot me in my stomach from a short distance. I fell down and saw how they shot at these citizens. Right after that all of them 'turned off' and fell down. But didn't matter at that point, I let these people down... people who trusted me" Cap said.

Peter held out his hand to Steve.

"This job... we try to save as many people as we can... sometimes that doesn't mean everybody, but you don't give up," the Spider-Man said remembering Cap's words from the Civil War.

"Stark, I send our medics to your tower"

"Fury? You picked a perfect timing for that"

"Is everyone alright?"

"I'm okay but Cap and Spider-Man are injured"

"Who the hell is Spider-Man?" he responded.

"He is 16 and is the main reason why we won. Details later"

"What about Clint and Nat?"

"I'll contact them after I'm done with helping Steve"

By the time Cap, Iron Man, and Spider-Man got back Clint, Nat, Banner, and Thor were waiting for them near the tower.

Nat and Clint were also a little injured, they got shot in their legs when they tried to escape from the flying vehicles. But they told that Hulk was there just on time to help them, as he saved their lives by taking the attention of the invaders.

Heroes received medical assistance while Tony and Thor were taking care of Loki. He was later taken under control of the agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

After that Tony spoke to Pepper. She wasn't in the city at the time and was very worried about him. He told her that everything is alright and that they stopped the invasion. However, he told her about the damage that was done to the city and that there are thousands of aliens' bodies across New-York. He convinced her to create a subsidiary company called "damage control" to get rid of all of the alien gadgets so that criminals won't have access to them. He asked her to do this as soon as possible.

After that, he turned to the Avengers and was looking at Spider-Man, just like everyone else.

"Something wrong?" Peter asked awkwardly.

Steve looked at Tony and nodded with a little smile on his face.

"Do you want to join our team?" Tony asked.
