A legendary king in the past, he was lead many people to defend their homeland. He received a holy sword known as Excalibur from the Enchantress or so-called Lady in the Lake. There was a story that he was betrayed by his friend and subordinate Lancelot and his wife Guinevere who was making a love affair behind him, there is the one who directly or indirectly was involved in the fall of Camelot including the son of King Arthur was Mordred.

Kokabiel was stopped his advance against Touru who was also walking towards him while dodging the Holy Spears from him.
The True Excalibur was finished it's reconstruction as it replaced by the Great Sword with a length of two meters and two palms wide, wielded by Touru in one hand. The holy attributes of Excalibur was stinging against the Devils even they are a bit far.
" True Excalibur!" Touru said as the Excalibur Blessing Ability in the Excalibur was emitting holy light that even blinded Kokabiel who was a former Angel.
* Riiiiipppp!!!!*
" Arrgghh!!!" Kokabiel cried out as he was cut in half by the Excalibur. His body was burnt to a crisp as his only head was remaining untouched by the Holy Light of Excalibur.
After he cut Kokabiel, Touru lookup in the far place as he shouted
" Hey Vali come out! deliver this to Azazel." after he said as he tosses Kokabiel's head towards the man in crimson armor with Dragonic Wings on his back was flying towards him with a punch.
" Heh it seems that you improve a bit," Touru said as he catches the punch with his palm easily.
" Tch!! not enough." the man in crimson armor said, which is none other than Vali who was currently in Balance Breaker of Boosted Gear. After he failed to land a punch he jumped in the sky as he activates the ability of Boosted Gear
" I guess I will activate Balance Breaker for the result of your hard work," Touru said as snap his finger.
" Balance Breaker!"
[ Vanishing Dragon Emperor: Scalemail Armor ]
A light that covered his whole could be seen, after a few seconds, the light vanished as there was a white armor that complimented by blue orbs. His armor was the same as Vali in canon but more slicker or bit slender than the latter coupled with mechanical-like wings.
" Take this!!! Dragon Blitzer!!!" Vali roared as he covered his gauntlet with a red energy-matter, after he gathered enough he nosedived towards Touru with a speed that can barely create a sonic boom. When he was near enough he send the red energy-matter towards Touru.

The attack of Vali was about to land at him, it was absorbed by the wings of Albion as Touru was started to get stronger as generate a blue energy-matter.
" Counter Buster!!!" Touru said as he punch towards Vali who was trying to change his direction.
* Break!!! *
" Kuahhgghh!!!". Vali who was caught by attacked cannot maintain his Balance Breaker as he falls, but he was caught by Touru in the back as they land.
" How can you be so strong?" Vali said to Touru.
" It's easy but you need to complete it without a skip. Ten kilometers running, one hundred push-ups, one hundred sit-ups every day. For nutritional diet you need to eat bananas in three years you can match up against Great Red." Touru said with a thumbs-up as he undid his Balance Breaker, he walked towards Xenovia as he gave her a talisman in case that she accepted his offer. On the other hand, Vali picks up the head of Kokabiel as he activates his Balance Breaker to get out.
" Hey what about the Excalibur!" Irina said to Xenovia.
" Irina who also saw it in your eyes that the Excalibur has returned to its owner." Xenovia said as she drags her out from the Kuoh Academy. While the three Cerberus were frozen in the spot, without Kokabiel who summoned them back to the hell they cannot get out anymore as they are going to killed by Touru. Even they are tamable Touru didn't like the dogs. When Freed has escaped but not without injuries, but he was killed by Judgement Cut after Touru was showed up to Kokabiel.
Rias cannot stop the departure of Touru and Co. as they vanished through spatial tears. Issei was carried Asia on his back who was still unconscious from the shock.
--- A few days later ---
Touru comes back at the cabin with Xenovia in Nekoshou form still wearing her Exorcist uniform as they welcomed by the group.
Due to Touru, during the battle Xenovia didn't take out the Durandal from her space pocket, she was not invited by Rias in her Peerage as Rias thought that Xenovia without the Excalibur Destruction she has no value. Touru gains a sparring partner now as Cao Cao was rarely to visit for sparring, as Kuroka, Shirone, and Aika were focused on Youjutsu and Hand to Hand combat while Lisa was learning the Hybrid Mode, which she has Human form with a Scalemail Armor like the Balance Breaker of Divine Dividing. While her remaining eight heads in Hydra form was turned to form into a Violet Orb that attached to her like the Scalemail of Albion, which is allowed her to use her breath attack from it.
While the two Akeno was accepting the Abilities that they got from their father. Even the Akeno can also use the Holy Lightning plus using the Youjutsu which allowed her to manifest the physical lightning whip. While the Fallen Akeno was like to use the Holy Lightning into the shape of the Sword while being trained by Touru which is sometimes she let out her M side to him which she was rewarded by a slap in her butt by him.
With Xenovia in the group, her fate will become the Strongest Durandal user in the future.

Touru and Vali in Balance Breaker was confronted together. As their fate to become the strongest Dragon Emperor will show the result.
" Touru allow me to show you my strongest from," Vali said as he dematerialize the helm of his armor.
*Ting!*
Vali showed his face to everyone while some of them were blinded because of his head.
" Hahahahahahaha, boy what happened to your hair." Touru laughing so hard, that only Vali needs was Yellow Spandex with a white cape and red gloves.
" Shut up I just followed your advice to become strongest nothing more nothing less!" Vali shouted as flew towards Touru with a speed of light.
" Shining Dragon Serious Punch!!!" Vali said with a shiny as he was near towards Touru.
" Dreadnought Destroyer!!!!" Touru said as he generates a dark blue energy-matter that covered his whole body as he flew towards Vali with a speed of light.
