Ash’s point of view

From moment I saw Eve, I loved her. And now with war breaking through, I want to protect her.

"Stay here with my father!" She yelled to me. "What?! What happened to sticking to plans?" I yelled back.

"Forget the plans! I need you to keep him safe! For me!" How could I say no to that?

She grabbed the wand out of her pocket, and shot the enemies one at a time. She is so amazing!

I started to shoot enemies that tried to get close.

After, what felt like all day, the battle calmed down. When we thought that they retreated, three men came back. Which then turned to seven, then 15, and then the war continued, until suddenly all of the soldiers from the other side disappeared. Within that moment, a woman walked out. Since it was night, we thought that she was carrying a torch. When she got closer, we could see that she was glowing, herself!

"Eve! Watch out!" I said as I saw a ball of light heading straight for her. She quickly turned around, and to my dismay, she caught it. The woman quickly disappeared, then reappeared in front of Eve.

"Mom?" Eve asked.

"No, darling. I am not your pathetic mother! I'm better! Your magnificent aunt!"

Geez, someone is full of their self!

"You see, your mother and I were twins! Identical looks, maybe, but I am obviously the better one! I was given the better power!"

"Well you obviously didn't know my mother very well, then! Even though she passed away when I was young, I still remember how kind she was! And you have the audacity to say that you're the better twin?! It doesn't matter how powerful your magic is! I can see now that she was better than you!" My dear Eve yelled.

"You still don't understand, do you? I'm the reason why your mother is dead! I'm the one who killed her!"

What in the name of godz is this lady thinkin'?

In that moment, a bright, white glow covered Eve, and lifted her off the ground. The light made me hazy, so I closed my eyes, and fell asleep.
