Waking up, I was surprised that I had a peaceful night. Was those 7 the only assassins? Well, whatever is more convenient I guess. School was normal as usual, except the occasional unfamiliar glances. As a loner in my previous life, I grew a rather strange sense of being able to tell if someone stared at me. Though it had to be 5 seconds or longer for me to track it. In the first place, if someone stared at you for more than 5 seconds, it was already weird from the start.
Unlike the usual James that would sneak strangely happy glances in my direction, this one had a more... Dry expression. It wasn't easy to explain, if expressions had a value, it was either 0 or below. In other words, is something going to happen? Or are they just observing me to track my behaviour? If so, why?
It was kind of bold of them, they had to be in my peripheral vision for me to track their expression. It isn't a strange supernatural sense, just something similar to goosebumps. A feeling of being watched. Ugh, creepy. It wasn't the Jinno sensei type that stayed bland half the time and was secretly proud of his students. Whoever this was, they sure had a stiff control over their emotions. I can't exactly turn around and stare back, or it would be weird.
Enjoying my break with Fez with some idle chat, I felt it again. Something's definitely going to happen. I better keep my guard up. 'Ne~ Fez-chan, do you feel it?', I mouth out with a serious expression. "Huh~, I'll only help if it's reasonable." (Fez)
"Oh no, I don't need help. I just feel that it's creepy."
"You'll deal with 'it' eventually right?" (Fez)
"Guess so."
Arriving back at my new mansion, my steps grew slower and slower. Hey? Where's my mansion? Where the hell is it? All my things... Are in there... Urgh... I'm going to be sick. Hearing footsteps behind, it set my stomach off.* Urp! Uuuuugh! * Wiping the vomit off with my hand, it seemed that recovering my mansion will take a while. As if a tornado had come through, the whole entire building was gone. Turning around, I glared at the familiar face.
Standing there with a smirk, his brown hair flowed in the wind as his suit shooked in the air. He had a white button up shirt, followed by grey trousees, black belt and boots and lastly a brown jacket. Vikarv von Bodem, the heir to one of the 7 great families, the bodem clan of the earth element. "Fu~~, What business do you have here." Calming myself down, I kept my composure and made sure of his involvement.
"Oh, you don't know? The vadim family had bought this mansion from me, as the lord of the mansion lost his life for some reason, I was just retaking what is mine." (Vikarv)
How shrewd, every noble should have gotten that notification. If this guy is still spouting that stuff, that meant he was my enemy. "HAHAha! I like that look in your eyes. Just a tip, murder is illegal, so don't get too rash now. Even if we were to duel, that meant that you would be going against my whole private army. And I don't think one 7 year old could against the whole army now, do you? "(Vikarv)
" KUkuku! KuHAHAhahaha! Sure, I'm up for it. This is my warning, give me your backing and property back or forfeit your life. "
" Tch, what arrogance. Fine, I prepared it just for this possibility. "(Vikarv)
Snapping his finger, the surrounding area was filled with golems and soldiers. These golems were all made of steel and the soldiers had magic weapons as well. Their average was level 600+ which was extremely high for a private army. Huh~
"Are you sighing for your disappointment at yourself? If you grovel now and serve me, maybe I'll reconsider." (Vikarv)
"You're not scared of the tsumond clan? They don't need soldiers if they can nuke your territory, you know? Well I won't be using their help in this fight though."
"You're not using their help!? In other words you faked it! [Duel]! Everyone, attack!" (Vikarv)
"Don't you find it fishy? I've sure been hanging out with Fez-chan a lot huh~? Well, I'll consider your life taken then."
Emotion left my eyes as my pupils dilated. Ahh~I can see where everyone is now. Forming a shadow scythe, I flipped my whole body into the air. Using [shadow step], I teleported all the way to the perimeter of the soldiers surrounding me. *Buchi*, like butter, that person's head was lopped off as if I had cut air.
Twisting in rounds, I used 1% of my speed. Haha~, these were normal soldiers with average stats. Let alone be able to react their speeds will reach a million if they were lucky. But too bad, 1 million is in no way able to fight off a billion. Twisting my right arm, I slashed horizontally before using the scythe as a foot hold. Like a jumping pold, I used the scythe to flip myself into the air, before spinning to drive off the fodder around me. Flipping a few times while swinging my scythe, I plunged my leg into one of the soldiers at maximum speed, detonating the air.
A group of vehicles that somewhat looked like tanks and mechas arrived to reinforce the soldiers. "Useless! Useless! Useless!" Using [manipulate shadow], drills of darkness rose out of the ground, skewering any visible competition. Quite a few predicted the attack and barely kept their lives. But quite a few level 700s is nothing when the ground is so covered my corpses and blood that you can't even see it.
My signature white dress had been stained into a crimson red, accentuated by my figure, it was as if the dress was red from the start. Weeks of battle in the dungeons had made my waist armour rusted and sharpened my instincts. Faking your death? Get impaled by a stake. The only ones left were the ones able to dodge the stakes with their conplete evasion skills. The weakness of evasion skills were that they worked with limited use, restraining moves also worked pretty well since they evade attacks, not cages.
Well, surely they would see it with this display. Using [abyssal dome], I piled the bodies up into a hill with my boosted [manipulate shadow] accuracy. Sitting at the top of the hill, I smirked at them as if the hill was a throne.
"Grrrrr! What are you guys doing! It's just one 7 year old girl! Get up! All of you! Wake up! What the hell are you guys doing!! Get up now or I'll cut your salaries!" (Vikarv) A warm liquid streams down his cheeks as his eyes goes red. What was strange was that his sclera went red too, as if he was a demon. Since he had control over earth, did that mean he had less control over the secondary tier element of steel? He can't control the iron in his blood, rushing them into his eyeballs. How vile.
