This story is actually a spin-off of “My Little Sunshine”, and the main leads here are actually supporting characters in it. But since the story is retrospective regarding Blake and Lillian, it's fine if you haven’t read it.

The Return Of The Beguiling Beauty

Lillian had her own reasons for going to such a length just to get what she wanted. She didn't want to be labeled as a thief, and at the same time, she didn't want others to think any less off her. It was no small risk which she had taken. She was fortunate that instead of getting angry at her, Blake tried to view things from her perspective.

She stared at the red binder in her hands for a good couple of seconds before putting it down in her drawer. She was at home now, and had taken her own good time to read the binder's content. It wasn't exactly how she had expected for the assignment to be, but nonetheless she was going to go ahead with carrying out the assigned task.

There was no way she was going to back out now. Especially after how she had literally argued with Blake to get her hands on one of these.
