Mrs. Zhang! Hello

Li Na didn't know why. She just doesn't like this girl. She's always hoggin Xiu Ying's attention. She smiled either way. Ian saw all this and inwardly smirked. 


'Well, well she can't even properly hide her expressions.' She almost blew up here.


"Well, we were planning to go shopping for the upcoming dinner. As Xi Xing said, we all got tickets to the dinner. Since it is two weeks away, we are planning to go next weekend. We can use the break to have fun."


After the test, they all had a week break. So, Xiu Ying and her crew planned to spend as much time together and bond. 


Xiu Ying finished explaining and turned to Li Na fully. "So, what are you going to do? When are you going to get yours?" She asked curiously. 


"I have something to do, so I will get my things later. You guys have fun." 


She left the group, and Xiu Ying looked worriedly at her retreating figure. 'Is she going to be okay?����� but her attention was caught by Xi Xing's excited rambling. She smiled at the girl's antics. They continued to chat, and then they went their separate after collecting their numbers and creating a group.


Xing: [Is it because we all got tickets?]


Xing: [Aiya, my idol complemented me. I am on cloud nine. ٩(^ᴗ^ )۶]


Ying: [Xing, I never asked where you live?]


Xing: [Oh! Um just a little near the missile of the city. Nothing much.]


Xiu Ying was confused. Why was Xing hiding where she was living?


Ian: [Of course I am. I will never miss a chance to see the clumsy Xing act,]


Ying: [See you later guys. I need to drive.]


Xiu Ying turned off her phone and entered her car. She drove away from her school. 


Zhang Wei was busy preparing for the upcoming gals. He is part of the host organization, and some students from the university would be going. He would need to see to it that everything goes smoothly. He sighed and remembered the gala. 


The requests still didn't stop. It seemed he needed to release a statement. He needed to deal with this problem. He couldn't let people disturb his work. He called his secretary. 


Secretary Bai bowed a little as he waited for his instructions.


"I want you to release a statement about who I would be taking to the gala. Our phones should relax now. 


Secretary Bai almost cried tears of joy. He could finally rest. He bowed


"Yes President, with immediate effect."


An hour later, there was an official online statement saying that the Young Master of the Zhang family and the Young Miss of the Ye family are going to the gala as partners.


The news blew up. People expected it because there have been rumors that the Zhang and Ye family are trying to connect their families through marriage. Many women were envious of Ye Ying.


Ye Ying, now, was laughing so hard her cheeks hurt. When she saw the news, she squealed. Zhang Wei HIMSELF released the news. That means that she had a place in his heart, even if it was just a little bit. She felt like she had claimed her territory. 


Now, no one would openly approach him. This was one of the happiest moments in her life.


Li Na, on the other hand, was fuming. 'That bitch.' She was so angry. She saw the news the media released and was crushed. This means that Zhang Wei, to some extent has acknowledged this Ye girl. She growled. She needed to catch his attention this gala. She wasn't going to let her win.
