SARAHIAH DID WHAT SHE THOUGHT WAS NECESSARY

Entering the store, seeing Mitch sitting at his desk, knowing that only the two of us hold keys to the store.  He sits behind his desk with his head bent doing some work.

Saying, "Good morning," seeing him holds out the agenda for the meeting. Looking through it she knows he is a good manager and has everything running smoothly like oil, he is very dependable and trustworthy.

During the meeting, Sarahiah hears him complaining about her behaving like a salesperson and it makes him worried.  "Sarahiah selling to the customers is risky, I am very uncomfortable when you are there, you don't know who is watching you, so will you try being the boss and let me do my work, please?"

'What he doesn't understand is I loved communicating with the customers,  ignoring Mitch knowing what he doesn't know is, this is what has her business afloat.

She convinced her customers to buy an item, that is her motto, and that is how her business prospered.'

Sarahiah knew many other businesses are collapsing'  and sitting behind the desk will not save the business or pays the bills.

Helping her business move forward is convincing each person that enters through those doors to buy an item, even if it means she has to do it herself.

The economy is dropping and people are struggling, she has to keep her head above water.

On many occasions, she had to give the sales clerks a pep talk because they would try to sell, and when the customers make a fuss they would lose interest, but her motto was to get them to purchase an item, even if it was something small.

She knew it was risky mingling sometimes, but everything had its own risk.'

Concluding her meeting Sarahiah said, "Mitch, I take what you are saying and I appreciate your concerns, you do your work and allow me to handle what I do best."

Sarahiah seeing it was time to open the door, noticed people loitering outside the door of the store, she allows the clerk to leave then she sits at her desk and complete some work.

Taking the list she place her orders and then hurried out of the store to reach the bank when she gets a call from her lawyer.

Informing him that she will be in his office after her transaction in the bank she gets about her business. Sarahiah refuted seeing the long line, having no choice she just took some deep breaths and waited, knowing she cannot put this transaction off any longer.

Seeing her loan officer walking in her direction Sarahiah decided to speak to her about a business proposition. Making an appointment then sits and waits on her turn.

The line was moving fast seeing she just had two more people before her, she exhale holding all her bills in her hand to pay.

Visiting her lawyer half one hearing what he said she was glad she made the appointment with the loan officer. Returning to the store the day was almost completed and she still have so many things to do.
