"P-Please Mistah! Don't sell us!" The pink chubby child begged Marcus followed by the pleas of the other children...
"I-I'm not selling any of you thought..." Marcus tried to explain to the children effortlessly as if he was used to getting this sort of treatment, though no matter how many times Marcus went through this type of talk, he just couldn't get used to it...
[Why does every group of children I bring with me cry that out?...] Marcus distressed over his past interactions with children.
Marcus carried the children into a Hyper Cab he rented out and along with Bop traveled back to Mussolini's orphanage.
As the children were finally able to relax a little bit, after arriving at Mussolini's orphanage, Mussolini opened up the cab himself as he was called by Marcus beforehand that he brought new orphans with him.
"Ah! You must be tha' kids. Don't worry children, I'll work ya' hard up real soon" Mussolini greeted the kids with his thick Italian Mob Boss accent.
(What Mussolini meant: "Ah what cute group of children! But what's this? Why are you shivering like little puppies?! Don't worry, kids... I'll be sure to get you kids worked up about this place real soon! You children have nothing to fear! The Silver Fedora's here!") (The Silver Fedora's a superhero Mussolini admires)
The first thing that greeted the children was a dreadfully large red alien with four arms dressed as the famed Mob Bosses they heard off in the Boxes.
"""P-Please don't eat us!""" The children begged.
[W-Why do you guys keep scaring the kids!] Bop thought to himself as an outsider who watched the situation from afar.
"E-Eat?! What nonsense are ya' kids spoutin' all of a sudden!? No one's eatin' no one!" Mussolini declared as he kept on keeping the kids calm.
After Mussolini took the kids and Bop and Marcus were about to go their separate ways, Marcus suddenly called back to Bop, warning him:
"Hey Bop! Do be careful of the Gangs I told you about, okay?"
"Yeah yeah, the Orochi, the Tengu, and the Nue, for the Western-Outward gangs, only The Dagda for the gangs of the Northern-Outward, and finally the gang with the closest main base and probably the most dangerous are the Tengri-Mor of New-Outward" Bop carelessly enumerated the dangerous gang names Marcus thought Bop should learn.
The city of 53, although already named as a HyperCity by the HyperCouncil, in reality, it was still much smaller in comparison to the other cities, in fact, most of the big wigs and larger gangs have yet to set foot on 53, that's why only a small group of Orochi gang members are currently in 53.
The city of 53 was no different from an outpost at this point in time. This is the reason why a medium-sized political party such as the Marcondre (Marcus' faction) could split themselves and still manage control over the City.
A real HyperCity would be infested by different Political Factions and Gangs struggling day and night to get a grasp of the HyperCity.
In truth, Marcus already accepted that his hold on 53 is but a temporary thing until the larger and more dangerous factions start to head over.
This was why Marcondre planned to keep enough control over 53 and grow with the city until they become a first-tier Political Party who controls over a HyperCity. The other political factions, gangs, and even the police or HPPC would soon come and make 53 a war ground for their territorial disputes. Then, when the damage these territorial disputes become too much of a nuisance towards the city's development, that's when the HPG's real ruling faction sets in to settle all disputes.
The Imperial faction as it's called isn't known as the official Hyper Galactic Party for no reason...
When people talk of the real people behind HPG's actions, they're most likely talking of the Imperial faction. The gangs and other political parties are but small algae when compared to the Imperial big fish.
If the Imperial Party decided to and turned their focus towards the inner workings of the HPG, then maybe most of the Corruption and Gangs might just be eradicated in a decade or so. Sadly, they're either too lazy or too busy dealing with external dangers such as other Galactic Empires and so don't have much power to spare when dealing with the Gangs and other Political Parties...
Either way, 'Imperial' is the current HPG ruling faction, this is the main reason other Galactic Empires call the Hyper Galactic Federation the Hyper Galactic Empire instead as Imperial's relationship with the other factions is much more of an Empire-Vassal Country relationship than a confederacy where they make decisions as a group. Every form of diplomacy is done by Imperial and the other factions have little to say in the matter.
After hearing Bop enumerate the Gangs Marcus told him to be wary about, satisfied with Bop's answers, he began to continue traveling in the opposite direction as the Sun set covering the street in red as if signaling the day's end.
But just before Marcus could take more than three steps, this time it was Bop who called on him.
"Hey, Marcus!" Bop shouted.
"Hm? What is it now?" Marcus nonchalantly asked.
"Thanks..."
Bop uncharacteristically showed gratitude for once, remembering everything Marcus has done for him and Beep.
Marcus silently smiled, continuously walking away as he waved back to Bop, his back facing Bop.
Bop watching Marcus walk away thought Marcus was quite cool...
[I wonder when I'll be as cool as that guy...] Bop thought. But then the newly created cool image of Marcus was destroyed when he remembered the first time he met Marcus, and his reaction when Bop showed him the book titled: {The Sexy Scandals of The Hyper Galactic Council!}
["W-W-W-What slander is this?! T-This is obviously f-fake!" Marcus' voice cracked.
"No way me and Bondre-Kun... *Cough Cough* I mean Senator Bondre would perform such, such... SCANDALOUS actions!" Marcus continued to freakout as he saw Bop show him the book where he got the first line of information which let Bop and Beep catch Marcus' attention in the first place.
"This scandalous book is obviously filled with evil and malign slander! I-I will keep it with me safe and sound where I can read- *Cough Cough* I mean, keep it from innocent eyes! Yes... Now Bop and Beep, as younglings you are forbidden from touching this book EVER AGAIN!" Marcus rationalized his actions as he kicked everyone away from his office stating:
"Now, if everyone has finished their business in my office, I have some reading to do!... O-Of course reading about legislations and laws and such!"]
[Huuu... I guess no matter how cool you are, I guess everyone still has their own quirks] Bop thought to himself as he remembered Marcus and Mussolini, and how the looks of the two amazing figures were the complete opposites of their actions.
