The Man In The Black Suit

Harold: It was back in 1996 and I was 17 years old living with my parents in a mortuary home. We always have had dead bodies in our home so I got use to it a little. One night my mom and dad were leaving to go on a date when the telephone began rang. My dad picked it up. Rainy funeral home my dad said. It was Mrs. Watson. Mr. Rainy is there any way we can postpone the funeral Tomorrow Mrs. Watson asked. I'm sorry there just is no way to notify everyone tonight my father told her. Please my dear Benny said he wanted to be buried with his war metals and if he wanted something done, he would make it done she said. My father told her as nicely as he could that was impossible to postpone the funeral and to just keep looking for the war metals. My parents finally left and I turned on my favorite show, The X- Files. About half an hour into an episode of my favorite show, the door bell rings. I open the door and see and old man In a black suit and black hat standing at the door. I have to see Benny Watson he said. I'm sorry but its after hours I told him. Please I cant make it to the funeral tomorrow and I have to give him these. He pulled out a brown paper bag. These are the war medals his wife has been looking for he said. I felt bad for the guy so I decided to let him in. We walked into the room where Mr. Watson's open casket was. Your going to need to sign the registry please, I asked him nicely. Guy already gave me the creeps. I didn't want to make him mad. He signed registry and asked if he could have a minute alone with Mr. Watson. I stepped out the door and let him say his goodbyes. I didn't want to be around him anymore then I had too. He was in there for about ten mins before I had to go back inside to see what was taking him so long. My dad was going ro be home and I knew he would be pissed if I let someone in past hours. I looked around and saw nobody in there. I looked everywhere but couldn't find that old man. I glanced by the registry and saw one name. Benny Watson. That could not be possible I thought. I gathered up enough courage to go and look in the casket. I really wish I didn't. I looked in the casket and seen the old man in the black suit and hat that I had let in the funeral home lying dead in the casket. All I could do was keep myself from not fainting. As soon as my parents got home I told them everything that had happened. Of course they didn't believe me but I know what happend that night. Believe you me. I will never stay alone in this house agin.
