Dular

Harvey: I was 20 years old in 1958 taking a trip by myself deep in the rainforest. I'm not really sure why. Guess I was trying to find myself. I was rock climbing up this huge rock wall when I lost my grip. I fell 5 stories strait to the ground. I layed there in agonizing pain. I knew I had a broken arm and broken ribs. Couldn't feel my ankle either. I knew I was alone and would surely die here. The pain became so great that I blacked out. I woke up in a hut type place deep in the woods. I tried to get up but the chief tribes men of the Wezeebe tribe came and pushed me down as if to say lye down and rest. I spent 14 months with them and learned there ways and language. I was fully healed and was going to be headed back to California. I gave Enok all my belongings that I had in my bags. It was just a bunch of random things that I gave to Enok the tribe leader. Amongst the things I had given Enok. He picked up a book and started to scream and holler. Enok threw the book to the ground and started chanting "Algonos". I wasn't sure what that word translated too. I looked at the book and it showed a picture of a T-rex. I asked him if he had seen one of these things. Enok nodded yes and my heart dropped. Can you take me to where you seen them I asked Enok. It's a dangerous place he said and appointed two of hes best warriors to accompany me. I was sceptical at first until they brought me to a hole in the ground. They called the place Dular. It was only about 4 by 4 feet wide. They tied a rope to a tree and headed down the rope into the hole. I stared to climb down when the hole opened up to a entire underground prehistoric world. We got to the bottom and automatically seen a Triceratops. Just walking by us, huge as can be. I started taking pictures. We moved further into Dular. We found this water stream and started drinking from it. I noticed the two warriors looking up at the trees. what is it I asked the two men. Listen they said. I dont hear anything I told them. That was the point though. The birds had stopped singing. Run the two men shouted. I look back and 5 velociraptors were running strait for us. I was in shock for at least 5 seconds until I pulled myself together and started running. We were all running as fast as we could to the rope. I could see the rope but I knew I wouldn't make it. A second later one of the raptors tackled me from the back strait to the ground. It began bitting and ripping at my backpack. I thought I was surely dead when one of the warriors speared the raptor right in the chest. The raptor fell over dead and he picked me up and we made it to the rope. We got out of the hole and out of that prehistoric world. As soon as we reached the top I noticed my camera was missing. I must have dropped it when the raptor attacked me. I knew i couldn't go back into Dular yet for it. Not without a team. Finally the warriors and I made it back to the tribe. I left there right away back to England. I gathered a great team and headed back to where i first encountered the Wezeebe tribe. We made it to where the tribe had once lived but they were gone. Long gone. Only little signs, like broken down huts and old fire places were all that was left of them. They must have moved after I left. Maybe because I left and the tribe leader knew I would bring back more people. I tried to find Dular myself but it was impossible. I needed the warriors to lead me there. Now all I have is a memory of Dular. No photographic evidence, just my word. I been telling this story for a long time and still to this day nobody believes me. Hell what sane person would. If I didn't experience Dular myself I wouldn't believe it either. It's true though. Deep in the Amazon rainforest is Dular and it will be found again. Not by me of course I'm far too old. Mark my words though, Dular will resurface again.
