Attack on Kyoto (II)

~10 June 2008~

Nurarihyon looked at a group of young people running toward him while drinking sake from his large sakazuki cup. The first one that arrives is a two-meters tall man with a well-built body and has shoulder-length gray hair. He wears what appears to be the attire of a Japanese school uniform covered by what could possibly be Greek-inspired armor.

The next one that appears is two young people, and the first one is a young man with black hair and spectacles. He wears a combination of a Japanese school uniform and wears a mage-style robe over his uniform with a feathered cape.

The other one is a young foreign woman with blonde hair and sky blue eyes. She wears a girl gakuran, with armor worn on top of it.

The last person to walk to him is a young man wearing a combination of a Japanese school uniform and ancient Chinese attire. He also held a spear on his shoulder. The spear itself releases Holy energy.

"Heracles, Georg, Jeanne, and Cao Cao. The so-called Hero Faction, but in the end, you guys are only a terrorist in the eyes of all factions."

"You know about us?"

"Of course. It was not easy to track you guys, but in the end, your activity does not go unnoticed. Many descendants of famous heroes begin to vanish one by one will not go unnoticed."

"Hmph, we do that to protect humanity from evil."

"Hah, your definition of evil is not the same as my definition of evil."

"Enough of this stalling tactic. Give us Yasaka, and no one will get hurt."

"Never"

He smiles at them and raises his sakazuki cup up to his mouth and blows on it. Suddenly, a blue flame shot at the hero faction in front of him.

"Ougi Meikyō Shisui: Sakura"

The fire continued to spread all across the room. The hero faction tries to dodge the fire, but he quickly commands the fire to spread more, making them surrounded by the fire.

"Get back."

As Georg says that, he walks in front of his team and raises his hand. Suddenly the room filled with a purple mist; however, as the purple mist touched his flame, it broke and disappeared from the room. Nurarihyon smirks at the attempt. He is grateful for Kojiro-dono, giving him a device that can cut any power coming from sacred gear. He teleports himself near Georg and takes out his Tantō then thrust it into Georg's right lung. Georg tries to create a barrier, but because of the anti-magic property his Tantō have (Courtesy to Kojiro-dono), it easily pushes through the barrier.

However, before he could kill Georg, Jeanne came to the rescue and used her sacred gear on him. He easily dodged the attack, but he immediately ducked away from a spear attack coming from above him. However, he cannot avoid the third attack that comes from his back, lucky for him; his force field is working as intended. He looks at Heracles, who has his fist glowing after punching him.

Nurarihyon teleports once again and commands the fire to attack the hero faction at once. Georg, who is still alive, tries to protect them with his sacred gear once again, but like before, the mist gets 'eaten' by the fire as it continues coming toward them. Cao Cao and Jeanne try to stop the fire, but every time they try, it always ends up in failures. However, before the fire could kill them, Nurarihyon felt the presence of the Stray Devil coming at his location.

He teleports from his location, and suddenly, a giant man wearing thick metal armor is all around his body. However, he is not yet safe as his danger senses are flaring at him, so he leaps away as suddenly a pillar made of wood appears from underneath him.

He looks at the new people appearing before him. He then looks to the side and sees the wood already covers all his flame, and to his surprise, his fire cannot burn the wood.

"Who are you?"

"We are Adamant and Agnes Court from the Teeth"

"Shit"

Nurarihyon cursed his luck as the members of the Teeth appeared before him. He then readies his weapon once again and teleports in front of the giant man in front of him. As his Tantō touches the man's armor, it suddenly bends as if his Tantō is not strong enough to penetrate the armor. He knows that his Tantō can penetrate even a diamond easily, the man armor should be no problem. He frowned a little before dodge another attack coming from the Hero faction as their sacred gear worked once again.

As he leaps away from his enemy, he takes a deep breath and blows away a giant fireball from his mouth. He looks at the Stray Devil protecting the Hero faction using a pillar of wood that appears from the floor.

"Give it up, Nurarihyon. You cannot beat us in this fight."

"Yeah, maybe. I can't beat you in this fight, but I don't need to defeat you."

Suddenly a bright light shone through the room. Seeing the light, Nurarihyon smiled… No… He showed his teeth at the people in front of him.

"I don't need to beat you. I only need to hold you guys long enough for my lady to finish her preparation. Behold the power of our leader!"

After Nurarihyon says that, a massive magic circle appears underneath their feet and teleports them to the courtyard. He looks around him and sees that his shinobi successfully fulfill their duty in killing as many enemies as they can, as he sees many magicians are dead.

He looked at his lady true form, a 20 meters tall, Nine-tailed fox. The same form that protects them from the Stray Devil invasion in the past. The same form that makes her the most powerful Youkai in the world.

Seeing Yasaka's true form, all the troops rally to her position and stand around her and get ready to fight alongside her.

"Do you think with her true form, you can defeat us all?"

Slowly all members of the Teeth, including the Butcher and the remaining troops of the Hero faction, gather around Cao Cao. He knows all the members of the Hero faction, Cao Cao as their leader, Georg as their Vice leader, Jeanne, Heracles, Connla, Perseus, and Marsillio.

While he doesn't have much information about the Teeth as they always move daily around the world so he can't place his agent near their group.

Without answering Cao Cao's question, Yasaka begins to attack them. Seeing his leader attack, the rest of them start to charge as well, including Nurarihyon.

While Yasaka deals with the Hero Faction, Nurarihyon runs toward the leader of the Teeth, Butcher. With his Tantō in the left hand and his sakazuki cup in the other, he began to attack Bucher.

"Ougi Meikyō Shisui: Sakura"

He blows his Sakazuki cup once again and creates a blue flame around the Butcher. However, while inside the ring of fire, Bucher takes out their bow and begins to fire it at him. As the arrow is released, it disappears from his point of view and suddenly appears in front of his head and has already hit his forcefield. He frowned a little seeing the attack.

"So this is the reason why my agent says that the Butcher will never miss their attack."

The Butcher can bend space, so all their projectiles always hit their target. Nurariyhon then decides to attack from far away as he knows that their power has an effective range. However, before he could teleport away from the Butcher, an intense pain ran through his body, making him into a fetal position on the ground. When he tries to get up, the Butcher appears in front of him, followed by an explosion.

*Boom*

The explosion is strong enough that his forcefield gets cracked by the blast.

While gritting his teeth, Nurarihyon successfully teleported himself away from the Butcher. As he teleports away, the pain begins to disappear, making him breathe normally once more. He doesn't know how to defeat the Butcher because the only option he has is to fight them from far away.

When he sees the Butcher get ready to attack him once again, he hears howling from a distance. Nurarihyon knows that this is not the howl of Yasaka but another beast.

*BOOM*

He looks to the gate and sees a white giant wolf-like creature with the same size of his lady true form, charges through the gate, and begins to kill all the magicians it could find. It continues to kill all the magicians with ease and begin targeting the Hero faction as well and even kill one of their members. When the creature arrives in front of Yasaka, it says something that shocks him to the core.

"FOU"

The sound of its voice is so deep and completely different from the voice it has when in its small form.

Seeing the reinforcement, Nurarihyon smirks a little as their chance of winning is increasing tremendously than before.

"Look like I owe you once more, Kojiro-dono."
