The downfall of Mr.Hill

"Why are you here?" He asked not bothering to sound like a caring uncle. That facade has long been over. The moment Genesis found out about Andrew and his role in his schemes there was no need for pretending.

"Why can't I be here?" Genesis asked solemnly ' I obviously came to protect what's mine' She thought.

The room was filled in silence for a moment. Her parent's lawyer stood up and bowed respectfully. " I will take my leave now." He said he did not want to take part in the drama.

'Tch coward.' Genesis thought. How can she let a trader roam around freely though?

"Wait… you stay here." She ordered. " Uncle, what are you doing here with my parent's lawyer?" Genesis questioned.

"He is a family lawyer. Your parents are already gone. Two years have gone by and since they didn't leave a will we have to settle this." Her uncle replied and sent Mr.Hill a meaningful glance. It is not yet the right time to freely attack Genesis. The timing isn't right so for now they can only deal with it.

" Family lawyer…"She repeated

" Mr. Hill is not your family lawyer. He signed a contract to become Mr. and Mrs. Smith's, lawyers. The only family he serves is theirs." One of the two lawyers that came with Jess spoke.

Mr.Hill froze. "Ah…" Genesis smiled. She glanced at Mr.Hill's suitcase. " I wonder if that is still valid Mr.Hill. Did you suddenly forget who you work for?" Genesis narrowed her eyes at him.

"Miss I-I" He turned to face her and lowered his head. "You're still as arrogant as always." Someone spoke up and interrupted the silence.

Genesis faced her cousin and she raised her eyebrows. Unlike his father who has always shown off everything he gains by dirty means, her cousin is way more difficult to figure out. She ever expected him to speak up. " Why don't you just hand everything over? We'll take care of it better than you could ever." He continued.

"If you could do better then why haven't you?" Genesis mocked. She stood up and walked towards her aunt. "Enjoy my present." She said and smiled.

"It's just a matter of time before I find my father's will. Until then you can't do anything about it." She told them and swiftly took the suitcase from a shaking Mr.Hill.

"You used my money to bribe him. It won't matter if I take it right?" She told them with a smirk in her lips.

Mr.Smith clenched his fists when he noticed his wife's pale face. "Genesis!" His wife called out in anger. "What do you mean by this!" She shouted and sprinted towards her in anger.

Nick caught her hand and pushed her away from Genesis. " What is aunty? Not happy with my gift? Heh don't worry this is only the beginning." She told them and walked away with the suitcase in her hand.

" You! Ah you b*tch Why did you do that!" She clenched her jaw and stayed silent when faced against her husband's glare.

Her deepest secret...

And Genesis has it! How could she just be okay with that?

Jess smirked. She walked right behind Genesis in content. The male lawyer that came with them came forward and handed Mr.Hill a document. " You owe our Young Miss 10 million dollars for breach of contract and she has sued you for, Professional Malpractice and many other reasons too which you will have to answer to." He told him with a cold face.

"Our Young Miss has decided to not be so hard on you because of your daughters and wife. Unfortunately, you will still have to take on a life sentence of imprisonment for the rest of your deeds." He continued just as he was ordered. Earlier during the car ride, Genesis had taken the chance to write them a script and asked for specific documents to be prepared.

The other young woman then explained further. " Mr. and Mrs.Smith were already aware of your wrongdoings. They had been waiting for this moment. Even if they are not here to witness your downfall their daughter is. In total 1.3 Billion dollars is equal to the damage you have made upon their family."

" There is solid proof against you such as documents you signed with SY Inustries's rivals, defamation, illegal activities, videos, voice recordings, CCTV cameras and we have even your fingerprints." She continued.

The other man then added. "A long trial awaits you Mr.Hill." He finished off.

Mr.Hill's face paled and his knees weakened. "So they knew all along….." He murmured as he fell on his knees. "That is correct Mr.Hill." The young woman replied.

Mr.Hill looked up at Genesis' uncle with pleading eyes. He wanted a way out of this. He still had hope...unfortunately he will receive none. Even if they are willing to help— not that they are, they would also be blamed. Right now Genesis is still in power. The only way they can win against her if they are patient for another two months.

Right now she is confident because she has the Millers by her side but when she goes back to her old life her mental strength will decline... At least this is what they are convinced of.

Little do they know that two months from now she will be even more dangerous then what she is and ever was.

Once he received rejection Mr.Hill decided to try one last time. " I can give you more information! But please don't send me to jail!" He begged.

The man sneered. "Mr.Hill there isn't any piece of information our young Miss doesn't know about. There is no way out of this." He explained but part of his words were sent to someone else.

Genesis' aunt shook her head in denial and glanced at her son. Kevin ignored his mother and maintained his expressionless face. So what? Even if she does, where will she find evidence? He thought.

"Guests are no longer allowed. Our Young Miss has prohibited any entries in this property." The woman informed Mr.Smith and his family.

Mr.Smith scoffed. "This is the Smith's Family Residence! She has nor right to do that without the elder's permission!" She shouted in anger. The woman calmly faced him. " Our Young Miss is the heiress of the Smith Empire. She influences the Elder's choices more than you do."

" In this case the Smith Family Residence was built by our deceased Master and Madam. It was never everyone's, but theirs." She responded confidently.

Mr.Smith gritted his teeth. He felt like strangling his niece. Always her and her stupid title. But one day will come when he will get to crown his son as the heir. Why should such a lousy girl get to have so much power?

Just You wait!

While Mr.Smith was having his tantrum his son was different. "Let's go father. If she could do something she would have done it long ago." He told him.

"So is he here?" Jess asked as soon as they exited the Mansion. " Who?" Genesis asked nonchalantly. "Your fiance of course." Jess giggled.

Rolling her eyes Genesis flicked her forehead. "Stop gossiping and get to work!" She told her and handed her the suitcase. Jess pouted.

Genesis took a look at her cell phone and hung up the ongoing call. "Oh...so he was listening." Jess giggled again. Genesis nodded. "Wait for me in the car I'm leaving with you. We're going to the base." Genesis ordered.

"What's so urgent that makes you come back?" Jess asked with concern.

"I have suspicions about my parents' incident…" She replied.
