Her in a wedding dress.....

Genesis knocked on the wooden office door. In the middle of the door, there was a label with the name of her doctor. She looked around and she sighed. "Come in" She heard him call and Genesis opened the door.

She met with a warm and welcoming environment. The white walls had motivational stickers and quotes. There was a blue hospital bed in one corner of the room. Doctor Lee was in a chair behind his desk in the center of the room. He was writing something in one of his medical files. Genesis could guess that that's her medical report throughout the years.

She closed the door behind her and sat down in front of doctor Lee. He was in his mid-forties and still looked young, strong, and healthy. He had a pair of glasses falling on his nose. After a few minutes of silence, he finally turned to look at her. He removed his glasses and gave her a professional smile.

"Genesis you finally come for a check-up." He commented upset. Genesis didn't respond and waited for his next words. "You only slept about 3-5 hours last night, your last workout was at least 3 to 6 days ago and you seemed to have a lot on your head lately." He analyzed after looking at her for less than 3 minutes.

Genesi sighed. 'He's too on point.' She complained. "Sit on the bed. You can't be skipping more appointments if you won't even take care of yourself." He told her.

Genesis bit her lip and left her purse in the chair. She walked towards the bed and she sat down. He performed the regular checkup everyone goes through. He was quiet and fast. Genesis patiently waited for him until she saw him bring out the needles.

Her breath hitched and she stiffened. "I can't believe you are still afraid of needles." He rolled his eyes at her. "Don't worry is only two and then I'll draw some blood from you." He added with a small laugh. Genesis didn't feel at all comforted when she saw the long and thin needle he was preparing. It made her stiff. She blushed and looked away, thoroughly ashamed of herself.

It's not her fault that she has a slight trauma with needles okay? She just isn't best friends with them. She understood she was being childish but she merely hates them.

Am I supposed to love getting liquid injected in my body with a thin little silver stick? She wondered and shivered at the thought.

Genesis lamented and she closed her eyes. "Please just get it over with quickly." She pleaded. Doctor Lee smirked and coated the place where he would insert the needle with some alcohol.

When he had gotten that over with he urged her to stand up and did some extra tests on her. "Your health is surprisingly good except you need more exercise. According to your medical records, you have been very frail since birth so you must sustain a healthy diet and a strong body. Although you are recovered from your wounds you still need to come and visit me."

" From now on I will call you once a week to talk about your health and we will have an appointment once every two months." He told her and started writing down a report about the check-up he performed on her.

"Does that sound good to you?" He asked. Genesis took a deep breath in to recover from the injections she just had. She let go of the sheets she was holding onto as if they could save her life. "Yes, it's a lot better than once a week thanks." She replied and came down from the bed.

Doctor Lee looked at the crumpled sheets of the small medical bed and he shook his head. Genesis laughed awkwardly.

"Ahem, by the way, do you have any sleeping pills? I ran out of them." Genesis told him and he nodded. "I will give you a prescription and you pick it up at the drugstore across the street." He replied.

"Before you leave go with nurse Jane she will give you a short physical examination." He continued and Genesis nodded.

When she exited his office she met with the nurse he was talking about and she followed her inside a different room.

…..

Aiden signed his signature in another paper for the 30th time this morning. He looked at the empty desk across the room and he sighed. He shook his head and continued going through his documents but he couldn't help but take a few glances across the room again.

He dropped his pen and he leaned back in his chair. He looked at the time in his watch and he frowned. "What's taking her so long?" He wondered. He was already missing her presence. He groaned and went back to work. If he would have known that she would take half a day off today then he would have scheduled a meeting. This way he wouldn't have to be all alone in his office with no companion.

"Brother! I know you miss sister-in-law so guess what? I came to accompany you!" Bae's voice greeted him with enthusiasm.

Aiden didn't lift his head to look at her and instead, he just said; "What are you doing here?" Bae widened her eyes and closed the door behind her. "What do you mean? Can't I just visit my brother?" She asked and walked towards the sofa and placed her art materials down. Aiden glanced at her and massaged his temple.

"Bae we are not doing this again. Sis, I love you but I can't be your model again." Aiden declined her before she even asked. Bae smiled sheepishly. "What? No, who told you that?" She dismissed the accusation but her voice had turned higher signaling that she was lying brazenly. "I'm not planning on using you as my model…" She added but she gave up on her lies when Aiden arched an eyebrow at her.

"Come on, you are so dashingly handsome it would be such a waste not to paint you." She told him.

"Go ask your twin," Aiden replied and continued doing his work.

Bae pouted. "Bro…." She gave him an adorable puppy look.

"Please?" She pleaded. "No is the final answer," Aiden told her. Bae smirked. She walked towards Genesis's desk and she sat down on her chair. "Fine, I'll just ask my sister-in-law then. She's such a kind beauty I'm sure she will agree. Then, I will put it in my gallery. I'm sure millions of people would love to admire her beauty." She said casually.

She let out an exaggerated sigh. " Right...that means all of my guy friends will demand me for her number. They will all ask me who the pretty lady is and what her name is. Later I would have to set up a blind date for them…."

BAM!

Bae glanced at her brother. He had slammed the documents against the desk and the pencil he had in his hand was bent. "Bae," Aiden called out her name and glared at her. Bae swallowed. 'Did I go a bit too far?' She mused.

'It's okay he can't do anything to you.' She convinced herself. "What's wrong brother?" She asked innocently. "Do you agree on being my model? Don't worry I won't disturb your work. I will do a painting of you while you go through your documents." She told him.

"No." Aiden declined her offer. "Your sister-in-law can't either she has work to do with me." He added and picked out a new pen.

Bae groaned. 'Darm it! Think, think Bae think! What does your brother like? No, no WHO does your brother like? Right, I got it!'

"Imagine if I made a painting of both you and sister-in-law? You could hang it in your wedding room or gift it to her for her birthday! I can even make one with both of you on your wedding outfits!" Bae walked towards her brother and sat in a chair in front of him.

She laid her head on his desk and looked up to him. "Brother. Imagine her in a gorgeous wedding dress…." She tempted him.

"Deal."
