Guilt? Nah, I prefer madness.

"Ahhh, you guys were so helpless in this fight that I almost feel bad for you. Oh well, good things always end, don't they?" And with that, I made three manipulators pierce one poor thing, while the other two mimics were desperatly trying to move, but to no succsess.

"Goodbye, little one." I said and smashed the chest monster with my fist.

"Oh, little guy, are you alright? Oh, what's that? Oh, so you wanna live? Well guess what?" After asking those questions I leaned towards him.

"I. Don't. Give. A. Shit." I whispered and did elbowed the top of the chest.

It shattered to pieces, and the same message appeared again.

This is really bad. Thanks to [Analytic thinking], I was able to realize what was going on and took a spell card from my inventory. In a struggle, I somehow managed to activate it just in time before I lost my mind again.

[Dispelling]

"I'm.. Saved.." I said while taking deep breaths.

Just before losing my mind, I used the potion creation ability and made a dispel potion. I used it right away, and that's how I managed to avoid the effect.

A dispel is what removed negative effects which are already applied to you, and this potion had a 5 minute duration, meaning that every negative effect which is applied to me while I'm affected by this potion will also be removed.

I collapsed to the ground to take a breather, and a huge headache flooded over me.

"Is this.. a side effect of forcefully dispelling such a strong effect? P.. Probably." I slowly pronounced each word, all the while still gulping air.

"Hehehe, this was so worth it. I feel like I could destroy anything now." Images of the cerberus popped into my head, and I instantly changed my mind.

Even now, with over 1000 levels, I'm still no match for the cerberus in a fair fight. God, what a monster he was.

Well, I guess this about time I check my status, right?

"Oh, a new ability~, and, okay, so I got 67 new skill points.. I see." I scrolled through everything.

"Wait. Huh? Exuse me, what number is that?" I looked at the label which said [Level: 1213] in disbelief.

"Holy shit, that's a high level. So I have.. Yep, my eyes didn't decieve me. 667 skill points." As I read those numbers I started to shake in excitement.

Maybe the other manga protagonists would think I'm weird, and I couldn't care less. Just because they acted all cool when their level grew so drastically doesn't mean that I will, in fact I'm quite happy to do the opposite.

"I wanna go out and kill eveything on the next floor right now." I said and rushe dto the elevator.

"No, what the hell am I doing?!" I hit my head on the wall as hard as I could on purpose, so that I could clear my mind.

I was about to rush into a room, potentially full of monster all of which are srtonger than me, without even the slighetst plan.

"Haha, I'm such a moron. Well, whatever. I'm stil going." Thing are going to be axactly the same, but I'm now at least prepared for the worst.

Things generally work out better with a clear mind, so I gathered my thoughts together and entered the lext floor.

Floor number five.

I had a few more urges to just go on a rampage, but I supressed those deep inside my brain. Before entering the room, I used the other skill card, [abnormal status resistance]. I don't want to forget about that later, so I may as well use it now.

The elevator door opened, and after I left the room I didn't hear it shut. I looked back, and sure enough, it was still open.

"Huh, weird. I mean, I'm not complaining." I took out two manipulators and threw them up into the air with a spin, and then caugh both with one hand each.

I did a few more stunts with daggers, and came to the realization that I've gotten very used to them, so mush so that they became like my extra hands.

That's exacty what was supposed to happen, so I'm glad that worked out.

After a bit of toying about, I put them away, and by that, I mean made them float behind me. Three four the four, and I had already started to miss my leg, even though it hasn't even been four days yet.

I was alert all this time, sensing for any mana nearby, but I couldn't feel any presense of mana around.

"Huh, Weird." For the second time, the same thought.

I took a good look at the are surrounding me, and was surprised to realize that there was what looked like a sky and grass. The sky didn't have any clouds or a sun, but it was still blue and light was coming from somewhere, but that didn't bother me.

The land was green and plain, with a few flowers sprinkled here and there.

~~~
I wandered around for a while, and after about an hour I decidede to fly up into the air to have a look. I held onto two manipulators, one had each, and once I was high enough in the air, I took a look around.
Nothing.
Nothing there.
"Oh, what's that?" I looked over at a small source of mana, and decidded to head in that direction.
