HOTD part 20: Battle.
Takagi mansion now is facing the biggest crisis during its time in apocalypse.
Every zombie in the vicinity walked towards the mansion at a slow pace while making the horde grew larger with every second passing by.
The zombies gathered outside the mansion in huge quantities but only one iron gate was standing in their way.
But with every zombie adding in the horde, the gate stretched more and more making the one wonder in which second will it break apart?.
The survivors ran to the mansion back in an attempt to escape the horde, but with every zombie howl and the gate breaking more, their hope started to dim little by little.
Outside the mansion, in the side of the zombie's horde, there was a fight going on between three people against a guy with multiple weapons floating around him.
Swords and knives rotated in mid-air while heading towards the trio that dodged all of them with Rebecca instruction or blocked them with John floating shield.
The weapons guy controlled his three machine guns to fire several rounds of bullets at the trio before aiming his RPG at the Rebecca.
The weapons guy clearly realized after a couple of attacks that Rebecca have so sort of talent to predict attacks so he was going to take her out first.
Aiming at Rebecca's feet, the weapons gun fired his RPG at Rebecca that wanted to run away, but she was stopped by two swords flying towards her from the side.
The rocket flew at a high-speed towards Rebecca that seemed hopeless at the moment before she smiled.
The weapons guy felt wrong at that moment before he saw John running toward Rebecca while blocking all the bullets from the machine guns with his shield.
John throws a cube-shaped object in front of Rebecca, the moment the cube touched the ground it began to grow before expanded and turned into a jelly shaped mass in front of Rebecca, blocking the rocket before sending it back towards the weapons gun.
"KEVIN!!" the moment John saw the rocket deflected, he shouted immediately at Kevin.
"I KNOW!!" Kevin screamed before staring at the weapons gun while activating his talent.
"WHAT!!?" the weapons gun screamed before he controlled his machine guns to shot the rocket in the air but he missed every shot.
Kevin that was in the back smiled while using his talent to reduce the weapons guy aims temporarily.
"F**K" the weapons guy said before he gathers all his swords and knives to attack his front in an attempt to hit the rocket.
*BOOM*
One of the knives hit the rocket making it explode in mid-air and saved the weapons guy, but most of his swords and knives got destroyed in the explosion.
"Good work. Now, we can have the upper hand in this " John said before throwing three orbs in the air.
The three orbs that John thrown floated in the air before opening up and revealing two gun barrels aiming at the weapons guy.
The smoke of the explosion cleared as the weapons guy saw the drones in the air.
"Do you think this will work?" the weapons guy said while using his machine guns to aim at the drones, but he couldn't hit any drone because he missed almost every shot or the drones dodged them.
"YOU!!" the weapons guy screamed at Kevin that was smiling, but the drones in mid-air started to fire at the weapons guy.
The weapons guy waved his hand and summoned some knives and swords from his space to block the bullets, but these weapons seem less sturdy than the last ones as they started to break after few shots.
"Tch" the weapons guy wanted to attack John's team with his guns again but he saw Rebecca grabbed two of his broken sword on the ground before throwing them at him.
The weapons guy didn't have a choice but to move backward and dodge the swords which allowed John's team to retreat from the range of his shots.
"As I thought, a talent or skill that allows him to control different weapons accurately all at the same time must have a weakness" John that retreated with Kevin and Rebecca said.
"That guy can only focus on one type of weapons when he aims while his talent or skill needs to be in contact with the weapons before to control it" John said before taking another cube from his space.
"Kevin keep using your talent at him when he has a clear shot at us. Rebecca save your energy and wait until he tries to use a new strategy before informing us" John said before the two nodded.
"Good... Here's he comes again" John said before he saw the weapons guy moving with another RPG towards them.
"Tch" the weapons guy clicked his tongue when he was the cube in John's hand before retreating slightly because of the drones in the air.
John and his team started to get the upper hand in this fight just by working together and timing their attacks.
The weapons guy started retreating while feeling angry from John's team tactics.

When the battle between John's team and the weapons guy started to get more difficult, there was another event going around.
Far from the battle location on the top of a small house, Akashi was watching John team battle while waiting for something.
"Not bad, they can actually work in sync with Kevin that they don't know in a short time" Akashi said while he was watching John tactics.
"However... That team abilities are really annoying" Akashi frowned and said.
"That John items can reverse the situation at any moment and even the field for his teammates quickly... Just how much he has of those items" Akashi said while looking at John drones and cubes.
"Rebecca talent prevent sneak attacks while protecting her teammates, while Kevin can distract and nullifies the opponent's attacks to create chances" Akashi said before smiling
"They even managed to push a third rank player easily" Akashi said before noticing D4C is telling him something.
"Using this set of abilities and those tactics must be really annoying to fight against... I kinda feel sorry for that guy" Akashi said before turning around.
"Don't you think so too?" Akashi said towards the shadowed area behind him but the only response he gets is a couple of red fireballs thrown at him.
Akashi activated his zone and eyes, with the usual lightning and glowing rings in his eyes, Akashi saw the trajectory of the fireballs before he wanted to use D4C to block them.
However, before Akashi summoned D4C's arms, he felt something weird about the fireballs before his instinct of life and death that he trained kicked in.
Akashi instantly summoned D4C's legs and used them to jump towards another roof.
The place was Akashi was standing now is melting, be it the rocks or the steel, everything is melting just from getting in contact with those flames.
Akashi frowned, watching these bright red flames before looking at a man wearing a suit walking towards him with fire in his hands.
"I love warm welcomes, but don't you think this a bit too hot?" Akashi smiled and said, but the suit guy didn't care and throw another fireball at Akashi.
Akashi dodged the fireball immediately and landed on the ground.
Akashi doesn't want any contact with those flames after he saw what they did, so he moved fast with D4C and fired six shots at the suit man.
The suit man used the fire as a booster to move towards Akashi and keep him in his device range before using his fist to turn the bullets into ashes.
Akashi opened his revolver and removed the old bullets before summoning six new bullets from his space, while D4C reloaded the gun at a high speed.
The first three shots were blocked by the man, but he had to dodge the two bullets going for his head and the one for his heart.
Using the wall as a platform Akashi bounced back and forth between the walls using D4C legs while dodging every fireball the man thrown before blasting towards him.
The suit man saw Akashi actions and throw a lot of fireballs at him, but before any fireball hit Akashi, he used D4C arm to pull him towards a wall to the left dodging all the fireballs before flying towards the suit man again.
Akashi rushed while using his revolver to shot at the man again.
The man blocked the bullets, but Akashi was already in front of him with D4C's arm attacking him.The man seemed to see the air vibration from the heat before he smiled at Akashi.
Akashi opened his eyes wide before he ducked down while moving D4C hand down at a very high speed.
"ugh..." the flames started to appear from the man's entire body while a spear of flames grazed Akashi shoulder burning his flesh until his bones showed up.
Akashi moved backward instantly while the suit man smiled at him.
"Honestly, I expected more of you than just falling into such a simple trap" the suit man said before the flames started to gather into fireballs around him.
"... You can say I am the impulsive type" Akashi said while D4C took a health potion and dropped into his wound.
Akashi stared at the man that was burning the alleyway while his wounds started healing.
"Really... you completely blocked every way I have currently" Akashi said with a wry smile.
"You really deserve to be the other team captain" Akashi said while the suit man frowned.
"Are these your last words?" the suit man said before creating two large fireballs.
"You may have calculated everything, but you forget one thing" Akashi said while running towards the man at a high speed.
"This is my final plan that will never fail!" Akashi said, while rushing towards the shocked man in a very high speed using D4C legs.
The suit man was shocked by Akashi declaration and rushing over while thinking he had another plan, so he covered himself with the two giant fireballs like a defense.
Akashi saw the man actions and smiled before accelerated his pace while the man was preparing for the impact.
But the moment Akashi was 5 meters away from the man, he jumped towards the wall and ran out from the alleyway while kicking a trash bin towards the suit man.
"My never-failing plan... Run away!" Akashi words floated in this alleyway that he already left, like it was mocking the suit man.
The suit man froze for a second before his expression turned calm with rage in his eyes while burning the trash bin.
"You dare..." the suit man said before flying after the running Akashi using his flames.
