The room was simple without a lot of decorations, telling clearly that its owner doesn't care a lot about luxury stuff.
There was a sphere floating in the middle of the room with a dim light. Suddenly, the sphere flashed before a bright light appeared next to it.
The light vanished instantly, revealing a person standing there.
The person was wearing dirty clothes that and his entire hand bandaged like he just fought a war.
"I can't get used to that scene" Akashi said while remembering the gap between worlds.
Watching the endless worlds all floating before him, always makes Akashi feel uncomfortable because it shows how small and meaningless he is for the endless multiverse.
[The player arrived to his room... Detecting several injuries in the player's body. Do you wish to use your free recovery chance]
"..." Akashi saw the sphere talking with an emotionless face.
"Nice try... Use the normal recovery on me" Akashi said before the sphere flashed again.
[... Normal recovery costs 500 coins. Do you wish to confirm?] the sphere said with his electronic voice.
"... Confirm" Akashi said as a white light flashed on him.
All Akashi injuries healed at very fast speed and vanished completely at the moment the light disappeared.
Akashi removed the bandages from his arm to see it completely normal without any scar on it.

Akashi heard the sphere voice before several light screens appeared in front of him.

Although the created cure wasn't able to cure the zombies it worked well as a vaccine and as weapons with every zombie dying if they were sprayed by it.

Note: After you gave the cure to Souichiro, he actually didn't take advantage of it and said your name to the world as the cure founder.

"Not going to lie... I have complicated feelings about this" Akashi held this crystal in his hand while looking at it. The crystal didn't even have weight, but it seemed too heavy for Akashi.
"...*Sigh*... I'll think about this later" Akashi said before putting the crystal carefully inside his space.
"Now I have more understanding about this game ways of work" Akashi said while watching all the screens floating around him.
"The more difficulty the mission is the more rewards it gives, and that also goes for those hidden missions and tasks" Akashi said while looking at his final rewards.
The rewards from a pure S-Rank evaluation eight rank mission are 8000 coins and 15 stats points. Which is less than the last mission in marvel with seven ranks difficulty.
"The mission rewards will increase in the future, but the fastest way to get points and coins is still the plot destruction" Akashi said before he picked a scroll from his space.

"This thing is useful. Especially for someone like me that doesn't have a shop... But what I'm going to use this on?" Akashi said with a helpless tone.
Akashi revolver got melted during the fight in the mission and his only item now is his bracelet and that D-Rank sword.
The bracelet is still okay and doesn't need change at the moment and Akashi will never waste this scroll on that sword so he doesn't have anything to use this scroll on.
"Maybe I'll find something in the market or save it to repair broken weapons in the mission world" Akashi said before putting the scroll back.
In this endless worlds, how many times there was an item and weapon running around but can't show their true powers because they are cracked and broken. However, with this scroll, Akashi maybe will be able to get one of those weapons and artifacts.
"For the future... Now, this is something I was waiting for a long time" Akashi said before he summoned his status screen.
"This is also something I need to do" Akashi said while operating the screen.
Akashi instantly adds 9 points in both intelligence and vitality, making them both reach 20 points and left him with 7 points.

The creature had a baby blue color all over his body and longhorns. His body was stitched like a baseball with pink colored lines, and his mouth was masked. This is D4C that wasn't able to appear completely because of the stage limit.
D4C stood behind Akashi for a moment before he floated and landed in front of him.
"..." Akashi stood right there without a word while looking at D4C that did the same.
A stand user and his stand stared at each other without a word for a while.
"... I really don't know how to say this" Akashi started talking while looking at D4C.
"I never was good at these types of talks. But... I have to say this" Akashi said with a serious expression.
"I know from the moment you chose to help with the sniper that you have a free will... You didn't have to help me or lend me your strength" Akashi said while looking at D4C eyes.
"Although the arrow gave you to me, but he didn't force you to do anything... Much less you almost sacrifice yourself with me back there in my recklessness" Akashi said with a wry smile when he remembered the time with the sniper.

Heaven and Requiem aren't something that can be reached casually. It needs a lot of planning and courage to archive them, especially Heaven.
Even the arrow power can't make it happen casually. The biggest reason Akashi was able to reach them was D4C.

"..." Akashi stood there in silence while his hand was still in the handshake position.
"... So that was the reason huh" Akashi stood there while understanding the message that D4C gave him.
"HAHAHAHAhahahahah..." Akashi started laughing without a warning before the laugh got smaller.
"What with that reason... Can you actually chose to sacrifice yourself for such a reason..." Akashi said before lowering his head in silence.
"Thank you... I don't know how else to say it, really... Thank you, D4C" Akashi stood there with his head lowered while muttering with a small voice.
D4C was Akashi wish... or rather the most possible in Akashi's current condition to archive that wish.
Akashi hated this world, especially from the moment his grandpa died... He began to see this world as something totally disgusting for him, and with the knowledge of the other worlds before he came here... Even if Akashi didn't want to admit it, he wanted to escape from this world.
Yes, this is Akashi weakness and the thought he kept inside of him before he met his other-self.
He didn't want to join this game, but he wanted to leave this world completely without coming back... Akashi admits he was really weak at those moments, but after he met his other self, he learned to believe in himself and this is the cause of D4C.
With Akashi DICE power, he could get anything related to space like the kaleidoscope from type moon, but because of his body and condition, he'll be unable to use them, so his DICE gave him the arrow and D4C.
D4C ability is the wish of Akashi before and after his meeting with his other-self, or the most possible way it can be achieved at the moment.
The ability to leave this world by traveling the endless parallel worlds is a representation of Akashi weakness and his thoughts of running away.
Yet, the ability to bring his self from all those worlds is the symbol of him believing in himself and stop running away.
While D4C reason was actually very simple. D4C doesn't care who his user as long as he will never surrender and keep going without fear in his goal.
Also... D4C said to Akashi that if he wished for him to the degree, the arrow gave him to Akashi before even his original stand. Then how can he fail down someone actually believed in him and his powers before looking at his own soul first.
So D4C chose to stand with Akashi no matter what the situation, even if it meant to be destroyed in the process.
"..." Akashi stood there before raising his head with a smile that seemed much easier and filled with something he forgets a long ago... Happiness.
"Me and you together, buddy" Akashi said before moving towards his bed to sleep because he felt exhausted from this mission.
Akashi this time slept very soundly not only because his room is safe, but because he finally understood that now he'll always have someone to stand with him... No matter what happens in the future.
